I waited for years for Carl’s Jr. to return to Carson City. I am so glad they are back. The food has been great and wait times have been minimal. The staff has been friendly and attentive. I try to go there two to four times a month. I love Carl’s Jr. and I hope they are here for many years.

I don't expect this place to stay open for very long if it's just going to be understaffed every time I go in. You're lucky if you get your food within a 15 minute threshold and forget coming here for your lunch break because you'll be spending most of it waiting. I stood at the counter for 10 straight minutes and nobody in the back came up to take orders which was ridiculous, so I just went to Arby's instead. The onion rings here taste burnt anyway. The burgers are fine if you like that charbroiled flavor but it's not worth the wait.

The only issue ive ever had here was one time and i mean one time the soda fountain had no syrup but no big deal they gave me a lemonade instead and bam all was good. The food tastes just how i remember wonderful and perfect with the fries having the best taste being perfectly seasoned compared to other fast food joints i have been too so every time im in carson i stop by.

Closed at 7:30 when the sign on the door says 10:00pm? Loved having one of the employees laugh at me when I tried to open the door. Real professional. Will not return. Awful.

Been here 3 times and gotten the order wrong every time, I tell the a hammer and emphasize no cheese and that I am allergic. Yet every time it has cheese, this isnt just a dislike in actually allergic. Just double check your orders and if youre in a hurry dont go here.

The newly opened restaurant in Carson City has been welcomed with open arms! But..... My first two visits were a disaster! Food was mediocre the order was wrong second visit Burger was cold, service was mediocre... So I gave it its third and last try just yesterday.. they finally got it right! Yay! Hot, juicy, fresh Western bacon burger!!! BUT....
Because of the fine print as you're driving through the drive-thru order lane, it was difficult to read that fine print! You are not going to get a half price Western bacon cheeseburger unless you order it online and are picking it up at the drive-thru lane! Details! Just the little details! grrrr........
The least it was hot and fresh! So I guess I'll be coming back 🥰
