This place has been here over 20 years, so they must be doing something right! We did to go food and it was all hot and good tasting.

Food is Delicious. Owner rounds up the tab to highest dollar amount which I don’t think is legal. After the pandemic they decided to charge extra for chili $1 for sampler container. Doesn’t have a NO DOGS or SERVICE DOGS ONLY SIGN so certain customers bring in animals into a food service restaurant. It’s not only a health department issue for safety and sanitation but also a high risk to customers allergies to pet hair!

This place used to be one of my stand by Chinese food restaurant, it was never amazing but did not disappoint. Today I went after having not gone for quite awhile. The food was not good. Paper wrap chicken had very little flavor, hot and sour soup was horrible the plain fried rice was ok and the Mongolian beef was dissapointing. I was very disappointed with both the food and the extremely unfriendly service.

I moved here from Virginia. I've tried so many Chinese restaurants, none of them come close to China East. Their food is amazing. Hot and Sour soup was the best I've ever tasted. Service was great. I will definitely be going back. So much good quality food for so little money.

Doesn't look like much passing by but the food is really good. Service is great. Definitely going to put Lily's on my short list.

I feel bad leaving a review that isn't super positive. Maybe it's just that I'm used to something different, so my expectations were different. The food was generous in quantity. The rice was well cooked and the egg roll was pretty ok. The tofu & vegetables weren't so great. I'm used to ordering tofu and it's fried, which gives it much better texture and texture (in my opinion). This was just chopped tofu, so the texture was not to my liking. The vegetables were unevenly cooked. Some were REALLY done others weren't, so it kind of felt like some had been sitting and some were from a new batch. The sauce just tasted like straight chicken broth that had been slightly thickened. The hot and sour soup was plenty hot, but not much sour. The wait staff was really nice, though. Again, maybe it was just me, but I will probably keep looking for a Chinese food spot for lunch.

This is the best Chinese food in Carson City. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious! Sweet and sour chicken is especially good.

Originally we had planned to go to Pho Country but as it turned out Pho Country was only doing take-out so we decided to try Miss Lily’s China Bistro. We ordered our favorites, moo shu pork and Mongolian beef. We ordered the Mongolian beef extra spicy but it had very little spiciness. On the whole, though, it was a good rendition of the two dishes. There was only one other patron seated inside but the drive-up window was quite busy.

Don't let this little drive through taco shop looking building fool you. The dining area is super clean, even somewhat elegant looking. The staff is friendly and the food is great! Will definitely be going back To Lilys.
