The food was good, not great, good but what can you expect in Carson city ya know? What was not good was the service. To begin their drive thru doesn’t have a menu so we had to get a menu at the window. When we asked for a minute to figure out what we wanted, (about 3-4 minutes total) some lady came out to tell us to go inside because we were taking a while to order and she didn’t want the person behind us to get impatient. That was confusing considering we were the current customer at the window and we had also waited our turn in line. Would recommend the owners to get a menu for drive thru customers so it’s not a future problem

Great food, but their online menu is really misleading. It says 8.50 for A la Cart. It's actually almost double at 14.50. So the menu is false and not up to date, but the food is great!

They have the rudest people at the drive thru!! So today I ordered a house fried rice only, and the lady asked me if I would like chili sauce and I said yes please. Ok that's 13 even when I asked her why she charged my card 14$ she said the Chilli sauce is a dollar plus the little container cost money. Then with all rudeness she kept telling me " all these years we have charged for it like that!" I'm new here! And she finished it well now you know!!! Thats the last time I go there, and never recommending this place!!! Plus every plate looks the same !! They just switched up the sauce!!! Nothing original or authentic about this place!!!double thumbs down ? ?

Dirty, poor communication. Guy was out smoking by the dumpster... when we came in and he rushed to our table smelling like cigarettes. Food was out 2 minutes after we ordered and still couldn't communicate correct order. We gave up and half ate what we were served. Last visit.

The staff was nice but the food was terrible the General chicken breading was all soggy and tasted like it had been re-heated in a microwave along with the steamed rice ? and egg roll I was really disappointed because I had great food here before but I'm almost certain it was reheated food which was really disappointing because I work in the food industry and would never serve food like that to a paying and tipping customer. I'll maybe try again and hopefully have something better to say next time.

It's no "wow!", but it's not "meh,"either. Portions are ok/average, and the taste is average. The General's Chicken was kinda strange, but it was ok. The highlight was the egg rolls, honestly. The service was a little aggressive, and the gentleman taking our order (owner?) was way too hyper and pushy. Someone at our table ordered Kung Pao chicken and only had 3 pieces of chicken! She voiced her concern, and the owner (woman) tried blaming the kitchen saying they put the meat under the vegetables. When my friend moved the vegetables, she proved there was no chicken! The owner then said "that's how it's portioned!" My friend said "don't worry about it", but then the owner brought out a portion of chicken. It was too late, especially after the lame excuses. Would I go back? Maybe, but I'm not in a rush to do so.
