Taking away the option for a combo pizza even makes it worse! -We will be paying the extra $$$ for a great tasting pizza elsewhere!

This is a much better than average Costco.We go here every time we are in Tahoe. Great place to stock up on staple items or get a tri-tip to BBQ. The selection here is excellent...it's a pretty good size Costco.They have 6 self service, checkouts, although three of them were not working when we were there. The people here are friendly and helpful. The food court works pretty well although they probably need a little more staff, but doesn't everybody these days?Roll a roll run Costco with more than enough of what we need and what we don't as well :)

5/6/2023Decided to pick up a few more vegetable plants..Luckily, they had plenty of strawberry planters and needed another to hang on the new post. Found a very cool self watering raised bed.. and on wheels so that was going home too!Place was busy, but not too bad to navigate through.

I called to check if they had some tires in stock that I was desperately in need of and they did and the guy on the phone said that he put a hold on the four tires for me. That was yesterday at 4PM. Today at 1PM I call after placing my order online and they already sold and installed the tires on another persons car this morning. Unbelievable.I was told there was not a note on the tires or anything that they had been placed on hold.

I love to shop at Costco! They don't always have what I want in brand but I can count on Kirkland to be a great substitute. They always help if you can't find what you want. The food is fresh and of quality . You can stop and request things and your request will be looked into or they will explain why they don't have it.

This is for the food court. First and foremost, I would like to say that the lids for the drinks are TOP NOTCH! I have butter fingers , especially after eating your amazing hotdogs! I knocked over my drink not just 1 time, but 2 times. Once outside while unloading my shopping cart, and once inside my wife's Silverado. Thank God it was over my water proof kilt I just so happened to be wearing, but the lid, did not fail me. Thank you for choicing a choice of lids that, when the drink it knocked over, do not come off, nor are they made with a plastic that sucks. Keep up with the good products.

I visited the store with my friend and 5 month baby on June, 18th, 2022. When we were about to leave the warehouse, JC, who checked our receipt, required to see my backpack. She said, " I need to see your backpack." I requested a reason, and she said Costco inspect every customer backpack. She moved forward, I feel I was been forced to open my backpack, so I opened it. She looked inside. I told her I never had this experience before. She then said " well, you are going to open your bag every time you come here." As a mother of a 5 month old, I feel extremely disrespectful because the backpack is a diaper bag, and that's why it's packed. Her action makes me feel that she suspected me as a shoplifter, instead of a mom who tried to put all the essentials that the baby needs in one bag. As a women, minority, a mother of 5 month, that was not a experience I expect in my life. I feel humiliated, and my feeling is beyond sadness. Did she treat me because I look differently ? How many bags she "checked " on that day ? If my bag is oversize, I should have been told to leave the bag at the counter. What is Costco's policy for a oversize bag ? Sarcastically, today is also Juneteenth. It is a holiday US recognize the important contribution African American made the history. It symbolizes diversity and inclusion. Isn't that a culture Costco valued? What gives the authority to a person to do what she wants just because she think she is a white privileged?
