We stayed in Carson City for 4 days and did not find this place until the last day and we had the best lunch ever and the best waitress Julia, that we came back that night for dinner and had another AWESOME meal and waitress Brittney. Thank you so much for such a great last day in your city.

Not that impressed with the italian food here. The spaghetti and meatballs were ok, the spaghetti itself was way too thick and meatballs were not seasoned that well. The staff was friendly and our impression was that the restaurant was an italian want-to-be. Just being honest.

Great food and nice staff.

Kid-friendliness: Not sure, but it's more like a couples spot and adults.

Finally went to this location for an anniversary/date night. I made reservations the morning of, which was very smart because it was BUSY! We were seated in a booth. The lighting was a little too dark for our preferences. But don’t worry, the food lite up the table. The crispy polenta now has my heart along with the warm
Chocolate cake. I could have eaten 10 servings of each! I wish I could go back for breakfast!

Came her for my birthday dinner with my parents. The food was delicious but the service was super slow. The waiter never refilled my boyfriend's drink, would walk by without checking on us or never making eye contact. Pretty disappointing service for quality of restaurant.

I was here for a company dinner to celebrate another employee's retirement.
Kinda wish I had ordered something different, but what I wasn't bad by any means, just a little fattier than I personally like. - Wagyu Ravioli
I also ordered a pineapple drink, but it honestly tasted like Fireball. I was expecting some spice from the tobacco bitters, but I wasn't expecting to feel like I was drinking Fireball straight from the bottle. No pineapple flavor at all. - Pineapple Rye
I had a soup appetizer - cauliflower, sausage and fennel? I think it was. Best thing I ate there, wish there was a full size option as I would fill up on the soup and some salad.
If I go here again for another company dinner, I'd like to try the lobster mac and cheese.
A little bummed that Italian dressing and Bleu Cheese dressings are not offered here. You have ranch, Cesar or Balsamic Vingerette. That's pretty much it.

What an amazing experience!! The food was impeccable, especially the homemade pasta. Appetizers and entrees were all delicious. A perfect evening for both of our palates. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about the food and the wine and the service he provided was top-notch! And don’t even get me started about the beautiful human that is Howard, who manages the place. Definitely recommend!!!

We had dinner at Lupos last week for 2nd time. The 1st time was about 6 months ago and the food was much better. I ordered the same thing Chicken Piccata. The Chicken was tough, and sauce was bland. As far as server goes, the guy was not welcoming, had a flat affect. He acted like he was bored and doing us a favor by being there. Food was mediocre for the price. Don’t know what happened here, but we both decided we won’t come again.

My boyfriend and I tried this place about 2 years ago and (aside from the fireside old fashoined) we were extremely disappointed. After talking with a few different friends recently and being told it had gotten better we decided to give it another try (because really those old fashioneds are SOOO good!) I was equally disappointed by our experience otherwise and we will not be going back to this restaurant again. It smelled really funky like dirty water, our server was non existent, the food was just ok but underseasoned (we had to ask for salt) and the dessert was mediocre. For almost $200 we want a great experience, amazing food and top notch service. I get better service at Applebee's ?‍♀️ I'll stick to the other great Italian places in town and my honey is currently working on replicating that amazing old fashioned.

Everything was delicious and our server Ken was the best! My honey LOVED his chicken marsala and being a chef he was happy to find that in his opinion "they made it right"! The burrata/pesto appetizer and the focaccia bread was delicious and my old "skool" gnocchi was to die for! Cooked perfectly! This "skool" bus driver and chef are going to become regulars! Sorry no pictures, we ate it all! Go see it for yourself!

Getting the chance to go out and enjoy an evening is hard, so when the opportunity presents itself, go new and support local when possible. We did and so very glad we were able to dine here. Very nice atmosphere with both indoor and nice patio outdoor seating. Decided on indoor and it did not disappoint. Exemplary service by Kenneth with attentiveness, explanation and recommendations. Started with the special peach/watermelon sangria, glass of house white and an excellent Burrata app. The Burrata was fresh on top of a nice pesto..accompanied by sweet cherry tomato/garlic , prosciutto and fresh toasted focaccia. Next; the Old Skool Gnocchi which had a very decadent cream sauce with truffle and the Chicken Marsala with 1000 layer potato and broccolini. Very skeptic sometimes because it is a favorite..I have now found my personal favorite and will say this was absolutely fantastic and prepared perfectly. We enjoyed every bit of the meal, can’t wait to go back and try more and highly recommend this restaurant for great food, experience and the ease on the pocket. Go get yourself some of this great Italian food!
