Everyone there's so hard working, it always seems they are extremely understaff which some people need to realize. Ryan is one to the best employees at this location! I don't see these negative reviews.

Waited 30 minutes for barely warm and very hard food that tasted like it'd been under a heat lamp for an hour! Fish tacos rock hard- 1 bite out of each to be thrown in the trash. Burritos that were so cold, the beans were like a paste & tortillas were "formed" & stale. French fries that weren't warm & hard to the touch. Seriously!? What was i waiting for if not fresh food!? 🤔 not understanding why such a sharp decline.... wont be eating here again. We dont mind waiting when the food arrives to us hot- not rock hard, stale tasting, or cold food.

Wow, really small portions spent $5 on two tiny chicken tacos.
I got nachos and the food looked nasty and did NOT have all the toppings it said it had on the menu. That freshman Jonny needs to be fired. 0/10 I HATE THIS PLACE. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

I don’t know why I keep going here. Every time the wait in line is literally 20 minutes to half an hour when there are only 2-3 cars in front. This time it took over 25 minutes to get our food in the drive thru, You can sit down and dine next door at Chilis and get your food much faster. This shows the management/owner has no clue what they are doing.
