Denny's is my favorite place to get breakfast in Carson City! The food is always good no matter the time of day, I almost always ask to be seated in Carmen's section, however I enjoy all the servers here:)

So let me start by saying the food was good, and the server was super nice. Our problem began when we went to pay. Despite our card working before we came to the restaurant and also working immediately after at Dutch Brother's, it was NOT working at Denny's. The cashier became exceptionally rude with us and told us that she was going to call the police! If we had no intention of paying, why would we stick around to try to figure it out? We ended up having to phone a friend, but there was literally nothing wrong with our card! I even offered to go get cash out of the ATM, but she said she was going to call the police if I left to go get money. I understand that there are people out there that try to get over on other people, but to just automatically assume that's what we were doing when we have eaten there several times before without incident seems strange to me.

I love Denny’s Carson City, it’s my favorite go to restaurant. The food is always great, the specials are amazing and the 15% discount for AARP members really helps. The managers there are terrific, and the staff are like family, Italia, Billy, Carmen and the rest of the servers give us such great service with a smile. Carson City is filled with all kinds of restaurants, especially the high-end ones downtown but quite honestly I don’t think there’s one restaurant that can beat the quality, cleanliness and great service for locals than this particular Denny’s. Please let them know how much we appreciate them and forgive me for not mentioning everyone by name

the service was fine,but we needed our steak medium well,the steak inside was so raw.And my brother found there was a hair on his side dish,it ruins a lot experience!
I placed my order at 8:40am. Received the order confirmation email at 8:45. Email said the order would be ready at 9:04-9:08am. Get there at 9:05am. Stood inside for 45 mins. They didn’t start my order until 9:30.. they were slammed. But they forgot half of my order so I called to come back, to receive the rest of my order. I have driven there twice now. I get back, ask for a refund due to the driving and was told if I come back which I won’t. To tell them I talked to the manager and I’ll get 25% off. Not a fan and if the order comes through at 8:45 it should have been started at the time not 45 mins later.
