Have been ordering for years now. Have a new address and ordered online, after 2 hours of waiting, I called and canceled the order. Do not know what the problem was as I see dominos pizza delivery there all the time! Probably wont EVER order again... because when your hungry and tired... and don't want to cook, Dominos is the way to go!

I ordered online on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the Dominos on 3231 Highway 50 In Carson City Nevada. The pizzas were so dry that we tried to eat them but just couldn’t do it. I couldn’t even tell which toppings were which due to dryness. Honestly the pizzas looked like they had been sitting out for hours and everything dried up. It wasn’t even warm. What a disappointment. I had to find something else for us to eat. I do not have an order number so I sent you what they sent me on my phone.

Mary was who delivered my pizza and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated her calling asking where my apartment was located. The numbers were not lit. She was just nice and sweet. The pizza was perfect. This location all around has never let me down. Great job to the Gm Who runs the store. Fantastic job for Alll MGMT and team members. Keep it up this is what it's about!!!!!

Can’t really review the food cause we never got it. Over 2 hours later, the online tracker said it was delivered a hour ago, never was. We’ve called twice and each time they said it was 5-10 mins away. Wouldn’t let us cancel it because it’s “already on the way”. Finally let us cancel on the third call. Definitely stay away from this Dominos.

Bought two pizzas last night one for dinner and one for the next day, grabbed a few slices for breakfast and lunch and went to work, started eating a slice only to take a bite and find a long hair(like over 12” long) in the cheese. Never ordering here again

One of the best Domino’s experiences I’ve had in a while. Of course, flavors and crust are what you typically expect from Domino’s. We ordered for in-store pickup, and pizza was hot, appropriately made, and ready on time. Also, the place was clean and customer service was amazing, keep up the great work!

So when you order a pizza from Dominoes, you are charged almost $6 delivery fee. This goes to the store. Not one cent goes to the driver. The pizza that I ordered in total was $38. My very small medium pizza had almost no sauce, very little cheese along with almost no flavor.By far the worst pizza I have ever ordered, the rest will go into the trash. Oh by the way, your delivery guy was the only thing good here. Please stop being greedy and pay your drivers what they are worth!!!!
I don't write bad reviews - if I don't like the place, I just don't go back. I had an instance this evening that started with pizza all over my driveway. I called the store, told them what happened, and in less than 30 minutes I had a fresh baked pizza back in my palms. I really appreciate the work this store puts in. Food industry in the summer can't be easy, but they're doing a great job! Thanks for all you do, guys!

I ordered a usual medium pizza with stuffed crust along with a side of bread sticks. When the driver came to my house HE ATE THE FOOD AND THREW THE BOXES IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!! I have never been faced with such unprofessional service in my ENTIRE life. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNTIL THEY CHANGE DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The “sausage” are rectangular pieces of something that resembles something that might be meat???? I ordered from Dominoes because my friend said they had improved. I didn’t mind their pepperoni pizza years ago. It wasn’t great but it was cheap and decent for a few bucks. I ordered a thin crust sausage and mushroom. The mushrooms looked like freeze dried onions. This was honestly the absolute worst pizza I have had in my entire life. It frustrates me that I paid and waited for something that I just threw away. The delivery man was prompt and very nice.

Edit: After reaching out to the owner as requested per email, still no response, no resolution. It looks like they are quick to save face on their Google reviews, but they don’t actually make it right with their customers. Avoid this place.
