The best donuts in the country. Hands down. Crazy to think a small city such as Carson City has a donut shop with the best donuts you'll ever taste. Donuts to go is a must have. Usually empty by 12 p.m on most days ( go between 4-7 a.m for best availability). Donuts stay fresh all damn day if you have a box. Almost as if they were freshly made.
I travel the country west of the Mississippi and test donut shops in every town I visit. Donuts To Go is a clear standout! I benchmark using a raised and a cake, both plain glazed.
This shop nails texture, flavor, and sweetness. The outsides have a delicate crispness, while the insides are soft and smooth. Cake donuts don’t crumble and raised ones have just enough substance to them, but are still airy. And they don’t make a mess when you eat them.

Fun, easy donuts early in the morning. $20 for a dozen of fresh donuts. Easy pick up.
Thou must doulnuts are gone by 10:30ish. Opens at 4 thou. I had many kids ask me to get them donuts ftom here. ( kid myself )
