These new lids are absolutely horrible that you have to use a straw with. They have leaked everywhere.If you tilt them just the slightest, they leaked all over my car and myself. Very frustrating that I'm going to be sticky for the rest of the day now because their lids, don't work. Awesome service! Came here during my thanksgiving vacation a few times, and the staff were always very nice, and even silly. My most recent visit might have been the best as a made a joke about Mariah Carrey and the broista wrote a funny message on my cup.

Staff is always friendly but I didn’t get my points in the app two visits, I kept my receipts and the cashier said I still could them when I bring them. The drive thru can be slow at times.
