I ordered the double chicken Taco salad . Which is 10dollars it is supposed to be the beautiful chunks of white meat with fresh avocado. This is what I received. Shredded chunks of chicken a half rotten avocado šŸ„‘šŸ¤®.the person who made this must have at least taken a look at this. Absolutely no care for the customer at all . We all work hard for our money and to serve this to someone is absolutely ridiculous.

I catered my wife’s birthday from this location and everything was great. When I went to go pick up the food the lady at the front was very friendly and went over everything with me. The food was delicious and everything was packaged well. Great location, service and food! Would definitely cater again! Thank you!

I went threw the drive threw to get 2 burritos and a tostada, there was one car ahead of me ordering their food as I pulled in and no other cars in the drive threw. Also there was no one in the lobby when I left either. The person in front of me then pulled ahead to the window, I ordered and was told to come to the first window without being told my total. I ended up waiting 8 minutes behind that person, then as I pulled up to the window the lady told me the total was 20.94 took my card and gave me the receipt of the order I learned was the car ahead of me. I then told her that wasn’t my order she then walked away, told some of her coworkers and then later returned with a guy with dark hair I assume it was a manager. They then take my card say nothing to me and walk away as someone else stands in front of the window and I can no longer see the people with my card. A few minutes later I get another charge for 13.34 and they tell me my remaining balance is 18.65. I then explained that I hadn’t gotten a refund for the order that wasn’t mine they hadn’t explained anything to me prior to taking my card and making random charges. As I’m speaking to the manager with the dark hair the girl that took my order and discharged me in the begging began to laugh very loudly, which was completely unprofessional. The manger then gave me back the receipt for the car ahead of me order and charged my card the 18.65. Payed almost 53$ for 2 burritos and a tostada and still haven’t received my refund. On top of it my food was soggy and cold by the time we got home and they forgot our salsa. But they gave us 5 forks and 3 spoons ?

My boss ordered 5 salads for us. They only gave us 3 forks. 2 of the salads were the citrus salads but they didn't give us the dressing associated with it. If you cant do your job right, you shouldn't be working.

The team here is always top notch and the food is great. I did leave my debit card while going through the drive-thru because when i grabbed my drink the lid popped off. The immediately jumped into helping me and cleaned up the mess. When i went back after the chaos, they had my card locked in the managers office and asked for my ID to verify. It was nice for the extra steps.
