Eve’s Eatery has a cool diner-chic vibe with easy street parking and no wait to be seated, which made for a relaxed start to our visit. We enjoyed a glass of Pinot Grigio, some sparkling water, and opted for the pork bao buns. While the buns themselves were a bit dry, the flavor was genuinely great.
What really stood out was our amazing server—she was warm, attentive, and truly made the experience memorable.
We’re curious to come back and give brunch a try next time—there’s definitely potential here!

Cute place with delicious food and everything is reasonably priced. It was a little busy but people were leaving when my husband and I came in and we were seated rather quickly, however we didn’t get our order taken for another good 35 mins after being seated, literally had to flag someone down. Once the food was brought out we didn’t see our server again either until we were done. The food was great and the drinks were too, maybe we came on a bad day, we’ll still be back.

This used to be my wife’s and I favorite weekend spot. But over the course of eight months or so service has gone downhill , and the food quality has gone out the window. We knew it always took long to get seated, but that comes with grapefruit and service. After our last experience we will not be going back or recommending this place. My wife’s chicken sandwich was completely raw. We never got asked for a single refill on water and almost seems like the staff was not professional as it have been.. Highly recommend eating somewhere else in Carson City.

Honestly can’t rate the food because we never got it. We came in at about 10:30 AM on a Saturday and were told the wait time was about 10 minutes so we had a seat and waited. About a third of the tables were empty, but they weren’t seating us so they were likely understaffed. After about 15 minutes, we were seated. For 10 minutes, nobody came by our table to even bring water. We finally flagged a server down to ask for water and she said she was actually our server and she could take our order. We placed our order and she said she would bring our water right out. After another 5 minutes, she brought the water and we had been looking around the dining area and at least 3 tables who were already there when we walked in were still waiting for food. We asked our server how long our food would be and she said “when we’re busy like this it will take about 30 minutes.” They were not busy, as about a third of the tables were empty, they were understaffed with staff that clearly had no customer orientation. We had already spent 30 minutes waiting to be seated and get our water delivered so we told her we would be going somewhere else. She was not apologetic at all about the situation and showed no signs of urgency throughout. Absolutely terrible service and experience. We literally drove to another restaurant, got seated, and had our food less than 25 minutes after leaving Eve’s.

Amazing hidden gem. Drove over from heavenly ski resort and absolutely worth it. One of the best brunches I've had in a while. Wait staff was so nice and accommodating. Atmosphere was cute and inviting. Would go back every ski trip.
