The food was really good got to as fast the bread was soft which is a bonus some sandwich places the bread is too hard and all the sandwiches I've had so far really freaking good I recommend this place for a good sandwich

Great location, greeted immediately. The employee that took our order was kind and enthusiastic. What stood out the most was how happy, busy and engaged the team was...not just standing around on their phones monosyllabic and mumbling. The sandwiches were fresh and amazing! Floor was clean and the hot sauce bar was pretty cool too!

The girl who took my order and charged me was amazing! Wonderful costumer service, but then I waited 20 plus mins for my food for them to bring my sandwich and I didn’t get my side or drink so then after another 5 mins they bring my side and I have to ask again for my drink, girl who gave my drink with glasses was straight up rude. Mac and cheese was freezing. What a joke. Waited almost a half hour for this. At least my change went to a good cause..

Ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich, barely any turkey one half of the sub had a 1/2 piece of turkey the other barely had two tiny pieces, complete disappointment. I also ordered the loaded potato soup and it was sour. I was asked if I wanted my receipt , I said no as I didn't think I was going to be disappointed. This was the 1st time I had been there in years and can guarantee I won't be going back.

Really inconsistent quality, last sandwich I got they nuked it with the lettuce and it was soggy and disgusting, who nukes a cold sandwich anyway? The “tude” is through the roof too, as in, they don’t give a shit. Also incredibly slow, my guess is they only pay minimum wage.
