Jack in the Box is known for serving breakfast all day ? . Well apparently with your staff that is NOT the case. I work night shift so sometimes I get a burrito or a loaded sandwich breakfast between 1pm and 2 pm. Your female employees and a very rude, younger guy at desk have a nasty attitude when ordering breakfast . Not going back.

Not only did that not give me the whole deal fpr the munchie box. It should be criminal tp not give hot sauce with your tacos. Poor service all around. Avoid the feature deals at this location

The two young men working tonight had absolutely horrible service, when that refused to break a 100 bill, understandable we tried to pay with card it declined the first time so we gave him another, he rolled his eyes and acted annoyed. We had ordered curly and received regular fries. We also asked for 4 ranch willing to pay and only got 2. And forgot a whole burger. Worst service I’ve ever received! Won’t be coming back. love other jack and the box, but this one e William street is horrible do not eat here. Will not come back

Horrible location, i definitely wont be returning. I have given this location many chances over the last few years and every time the wait is ridiculous, staff is disrespectful and food never comes out correct. Better make sure you get a receipt because if your order is wrong youre out of luck, even if you didnt get a receipt because their machine is broken.

Worst Jack in the box location I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Multiple times have I been stuck in the drive thru being the only vehicle. Most if not always when I get my food half the order is wrong or missing items entirely. Horrible timing, management needs a revamp. Don’t come here unless you are ready to expect a pathetic environment, poor time management and your food to typically be wrong. Never again 👎
