Every time I get breakfast they have a guy washing the driveway with high pressure washer and a bucket of soap. This should be done at night I don't appreciate the over spray all over my car. I actually think they are violating the law by throwing a bucket of soapy water on the driveway and washing it into the street. It then goes down the gutter. I've stopped going to this location because of this.

If you are going to be in the business of offering "drive thru" service it is imperative that you give customers utensils and napkins.We drove thru the Carson City Nevada location 12/29/23 approx 4pm ordered 2 bacon breakfast plates.After we left and we were on our way we discovered no utensils no napkins. But get this, both breakfast plates were all scrambled together like someone shook them (on purpose?)It was 2 messy plates with nothing to eat them with.I suggest the "drive thru" window at that location be closed immediately for re-training.

Dude who took my order was fantastic, let me at least say that. Whoever is making sandwiches is too lazy to do it right. The number 7 comes with lettuce and tomato but that extra step is too hard to complete every single time I come to this location. That isnt even a buttery jack. Its like they sinply dont know or dont care. Don't know why it's so hard to do this job correctly.And When fries come out of hot oil, they should be hot. So when you receive cold fries, that's how you know. They've been sitting for over fifteen minutes what a delicious waste of $15. This is why we don't come here. Disgusting.

They should just close this location. The rudest staff and management joins in. Have witnessed very bad behavior, hard buns I couldn't even chew, drive through can take up to a half hour even if you're the only one in line....just horrible. Behind the counter is a gross mess that you can see while ordering. The owner should just close if they don't care about quality or service. ?

Order was correct, no ketchup available and my food was cold even though I got it right after it was made and ate it right away... Location wasn't really dirty but it wasn't clean either. The entire experience was very blah.
