Went through the drive thru and the cashier dropped all my change today on the ground there was a whole line of car behind me I couldn’t even get out to gather my change this morning. Didn’t even offer to continue to reimburse my change lost almost $2.00 in change thanks to him. Very rude and no polite at all. So hope you enjoy your drawer shortage. Very rude as hell this morning.

Sorry, I had to change my review. I guess they've changed their service. I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes as the lady stood at the drive through window and took order after order. I watched cars driving up to the drive through while I waited. She looked at me multiple times, without a word or acknowledgement. I finally walked out. 10/31/25.

So disappointed.. my tacos were cold, I ordered the classic wedges and they skimped hella hard, and didn’t even put a fork in the bag. I ordered a medium Dr Pepper and it was all ice gone in 3 sips. Horrible experience. Such a bummer because I love jack n the box

Terrible service i dont know how people like that actually have employment.
Haven’t ordered or eaten here in about a year. Placed an order, asked for ranch, asked for ranch at the window. Got home, no ranch. Got a burger slathered in mustard and cold. Will not go back here again. Terrible.
