the service is absolutely horrible. we waited outside to order for a good amount of time and after no one took our order we pulled into the window and someone walked by and ignored us, on their phone i miggt add. then this girl came to the window and showed no respect. she opened the window and gave us a dirty look and said nothing and we proceeded to say that no one came to take our order and she was being disrespectful and came off smirky and with an attitude saying "do you want me to take your order or what? you gonna order something?". it was very unnecessary and the service clearly needs to be worked on.

The price is fair sometimes if you use the app to order. The buns are stale 100% of the time. Sodas are warm, flat and watered down. For some reason they NEVER give you napkins. But they usually get about 90% of your order correct 10% of the time.... Sometimes. Carson City has a real problem with work ethic and Jack in the box is no exception. But the good deals (when the let you order from the app) keeps me going back sometimes.

I went J.O.B. and decided to go inside to order and should have used the drive-through. When you go in to order , there is no one that's going to help you, there's a kiosk there and they make you order from that though there's not even anyone there to tell you, you just have to figure that out on your own. The kiosk was confusing and hard to use, for me anyway, I won't be doing that again!!
The food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

Went and ordered 8 tacos. They told me that they had no tacos. So I went on doordash literally 1 minute later and ordered the 8 tacos. Which came from exact same jack in the box. So they did have tacos? Why did you lie? Oh also I wanted extra tacos sauce on all tacos and got absolutelyno taco sauce. Thanks. Horrible experience.
