Jamba Juice Carson Valley Plaza

This is the fourth time I have ordered Jamba Juice from this location on DoorDash to bring it to me at work for breakfast, and every time it was so chunky I couldn’t even drink it through a straw. I literally had to use a fork! And kept getting mouthfuls of unblended vitamin powder, it’s horrible! So I went off on the manager today on the phone and she sounded like a kid on the phone, who didn’t even know what to say when I discussed the issue with he. So I will not go to this Jamba Juice again because apparently it is ran by a bunch of kids that don’t even know how to use a blender! Way too expensive to just have to throw away and all four times now I’ve had to throw them away!

It's a pretty standard Jamba juice shop. Parking was easy pickin up the orders was easy and the people behind the counter were very nice. The store was clean as well and had a nice atmosphere.
The smoothies are a little bit more expensive than what I'm used to paying.

The acai bowl was great, but the customer service was horrible. Took my daughter for a treat to the topsy location, and the cashier was rude, gave dirty looks also paid for Nutella drizzle and he didn't put it on. Never coming back!

Guy working was friendly, tried the blue colored smoothie.

disgusting i always order from here i just bought breakfast as my first meal of the day mid bite i notice HAIR in my bowl not a small piece a literal pinky length of hair i nearly threw up what a mess.

I love being able to get my greens in a delicious smoothy on the go.And I picked up some for my elderly parents who refuse to eat vegetables but who very much physically need vegetables in their diet. I was able to request the sweetest smoothies with kale added and vitamin boosts and my parents loved them ... of course they didn't know they were drinking their veggies. Worked like a charm. Now to wean them off the sugars.

Good smoothie’s, horrible service! They take your order and then head to the back to judge or talk about you! They don’t even try being quiet about it !

Don't wanna say I'm s really upset about it but,was going there for past few weeks and was getting a ginger shot all the time but past few days they just keep saying that all out of the ginger and not only that but out of all the shots ,Wheatgrass, carrot juice shot ,orange all of them,true is they just don't wanna clean all them mixers after an order that's all! I wish the manager of that place will put a note for that!

Smoothies are always great.Usually friendly staff.Although terrible phone service.I had to call for something. Called 3 times and no one picks up. Just goes to a robot saying their busy and can’t service at this time pretty much.

Came in for my free birthday drink. I ordered the Orange-C Booster and also got a pretzel. They both tasted fresh and delicious. The employee that helped me was very nice. I will definitely be back again and soon.
