I recently visited the Jersey Mike’s Subs in Carson City, and the experience was genuinely satisfying from start to finish. My bacon chicken sandwich hardly had any chicken on it. Very little toppings other than lettuce . Mainly just bread. It was a to go order so I couldn’t go back since I was on the road. Disappointed

So I came in November 8th, 12:25-12:45 with my friend and we were so excited to get our sandwiches. Everything was moving well, the customer service was amazing until my friend had asked if they serve avocado because she was unaware if they served it or not. She had kindly asked before they wrapped her sandwich, and they confirmed they did have it. And she had asked if it was okay if she got it, and said she was so sorry. and whoever the man is who is tall with short blonde hair & a short beard was VERY passive aggressive. He went to get the avacado and started SLAMMING things around. like I mean SLAMMING things around please watch your cameras. She even felt the need to apologize to him with how aggressive he acted. I understand it’s busy but behavior like that is unacceptable.

Awesome food and amazing service? One team member in particular Tyler was such a nice young man! I had forgotten my drinks and was halfway across the parking lot before I remembered and he was already running after me to bring them to me! Awesome service, awesome food, just a great place to go!

I picked up an order last night and was impressed by how clean and welcoming the dining area was. The young girl preparing my food was very sweet, and the sandwiches were excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

First time into a Jersey Mike's on Sunday. Been back twice and it's only Tuesday! I love how fresh and chewy, crunchy, meaty and vinegary the subs are.

I don't get what all the fuss is about. Sure they slice the meat right there, but it's still ultra processed cubes of ham and chubs of turkey. No better than any of the other half dozen local sub spots. (Not counting subway, which is trash.)
