Food is good. Service was reasonably quick, but they appeared very unorganized. Had to bag my own sandwiches because they wouldn't do it. They had a bunch of food products still in their boxes out in the front area. They appear to need help with management and organization. I will say again, food tastes good and was made fairly quick.

Flavor was amazing but the downfall is the amount of filling in the sandwiches. I have eaten at other locations and a sandwich is stuffed and leaves me full. There's here were definitely on the skimpy side.

This place has gone downhill in a big way. Day shift employees are polite but there's a 50/50 chance they can't deliver on any given day. They have the rudest night time staff, however. I placed an order online. Pull up almost 20 minutes later to see the lobby is empty and an employee hunched over in a booth. My order wasn't ready even though multiple employees were doing nothing. The young guy with dark wavy hair finally handed me my order without a word and slammed the window closed. I have ordered from here at least a hundred times, but I'll go elsewhere since the employees are so clearly irritated about making sandwiches.
The employees are friendly and the food is ALWAYS Delicious!

Never had a problem with this Jimmy John's until tonight. Normally very friendly and always had my order correct. Won't spend another penny in here now simply rude and argumentative. People have plenty of choices where to spend their money.
