I had had issues in past with this locations delivery being inconsistent and inaccurate; so Instopped fast forward two years having a busy day I decided to take a chance and I really wish I didn’t, placing my order I specifically put the address with WHICH DOOR AND A #to text or call if any questions (it’s not hard). both instructions were ignored and it was delivered to a different office. Then when I walked over to get my food(DIFFERENT OFFICE), My drink was forgotten by the driver. When I called the store the male who answered was annoyed and stated “well, I’ll call his cell, and ask him to bring by”I asked if he could ask him to meet me at the west door, more annoyed now the response was “I’ll do the best I can”{nope that would be following instructions on the reciept}. I waiting 7more minutes NO SHOW WITH DRINK! I then got annoyed WONT EVER DO DELIVERY , heed with caution if you do!!

I love Jimmy John's, I have a favorite sandwich I always get, and it's one of my family's favorite fast food chains. But this store is very inconsistent on toppings. One day there's barely any meat, the next day it's perfect. Some days it's like the toppings god blessed me and I get double meat for free. Sometimes I order double meat and I get the regular amount. Today my sandwich was mostly lettuce, very little meat, and no condiments. It was still good, but it's disappointing paying $10 for a sandwich that is missing half of what I'm expecting.

Ok, first of all, I owe Jimmy John’s an apology half of an apology that’s clarify that I got out of the hospital on Friday night 9 o’clock. I haven’t eaten in four or five days. I was really sick. I was really hungry and I love Jimmy John’s in Carson City. So I went through the drive-through they were out of French rolls that’s hard to believe but they were OK so I ordered a 12 on a garlic herb wrap. Well I opened it while driving home to Dayton Nevada on the backside up in the canyon towards Virginia city, and the smell was horrendous. I thought OK maybe my smell buds are off a little bit. I took a little bite and I almost heave right that in there it smelled and it tasted like they mopped the floor with that flower tortilla the avocado sauce whatever it was so I called to let the man I asked for a manager on on site. He was very arrogant non-empathetic didn’t want to hear it insisted I was out of my mind. I said, let me drive back and let you taste it all I wanted them to do was cancel out the sale because it was something that I was not gonna be able to eat, but he was so rude and then said I’ll just give you credit on your phone number. Well, you know what too embarrassed to even go back on my phone number because of them may be spitting in it or giving me tainted food. I would never say that I have a free sandwich on my phone number. I am a single senior on a very fixed income. I was very sick that night and I do owe an apology because the medication that I was on has tainted my taste buds tremendously I had no idea until I got home the next day well, even when I got home That night my truck smelled like that sandwich. My body smelled like that sandwich. My taste buds smelled like that sandwich it was horrible however, now that I’ve been getting a little bit better my taste buds are still off and everything taste not normal so I wanna say I’m sorry because it was mostly probably my illness that created all of this, but his lack of tenacity, empathy and professionalism was what really set me off however, people don’t know what’s happening in other people‘s lives, but I will not and cannot come back through that establishment to get a free sandwich for what I paid That I cannot afford, which I love their sandwiches, but I’m embarrassed I’m humiliated and therefore I would not trust anybody to make my sandwich there ever again just my opinion wanted to share usually I always get a good sandwich however they can never cut them in half what is up with that? I ask him to cut them in half I’ve complained numerous times but they cannot cut them in half. What’s up with that? Is it this generation they just don’t care there are some that give really good customer service there, but there are some that really give terrible customer service just sharing my opinion. Hope this helps.

We just left this place and the guy taking the orders over the speaker and at window was so unbelievably rude and horrible!!!! Never have experienced service so bad we waited at the speaker for 2 minutes after ordering and asked hello? And no response eventually we pulled up to the window and the guy was rude and we asked when they closed we arrived before 8pm the boy responded “WE CLOSE AT 9PM BUT DONT HAVE TIME TO MAKE ANYMORE BREAD OKAY!” We did not ask for them to make more bread this was
unnecessarily rude and I will NEVER be back to this place after the experience today very disappointed because we just wanted a late dinner and love Jimmy John’s but this was the worst service imaginable.

Allison & Josh were absolutely amazing, i came through the drive thru a couple weeks back and they were so kind and gave me everything i asked for & more. You guys are lucky to have such amazing people on your team! (edit: Came back through and met a very nice gentleman named zenon i believe if i spelt that wrong forgive me, amazing customer service started with “good morning how are you today? and left us an extra bag of chips after we tipped him, amazing kid guys!

Don't think I'll be returning to this location. When I asked for banana or wax peppers they said they don't have them only Jimmy Peppers. I mentioned I thought I had ordered them before at Jimmy John's and the employee was quick to say no Jimmy John's has never had them. He said it in such a way that I thought I had upset him. I apologized and said sorry I thought I had but I guess it was another place to which he again rudely said no we have never had them. I was going to ask for extra mayo but I didn't want to press my luck I got the feeling he may take it out on my sandwich...
