Don’t ask them to cut a sandwich in half, they won’t do it

This place has gone downhill in a big way. Day shift employees are polite but there's a 50/50 chance they can't deliver on any given day. They have the rudest night time staff, however. I placed an order online. Pull up almost 20 minutes later to see the lobby is empty and an employee hunched over in a booth. My order wasn't ready even though multiple employees were doing nothing. The young guy with dark wavy hair finally handed me my order without a word and slammed the window closed. I have ordered from here at least a hundred times, but I'll go elsewhere since the employees are so clearly irritated about making sandwiches.

Never had a problem with this Jimmy John's until tonight. Normally very friendly and always had my order correct. Won't spend another penny in here now simply rude and argumentative. People have plenty of choices where to spend their money.

1 hour delivery… what happened to these guys. They aren’t what they advertise any longer. Sounds like they don’t pay the drivers enough to have proper staff.

This place is HORRIBLE. Miserable staff and miserable managers. Never open & never fresh. They say they have staffing issues and its very clear why. Go to subway.
They are closed when they r supposed to be open. Rarely have a driver. Got slimy tomatoes that made me sick for 10 days. I'm done with this place.

Store is unreliable and does not follow the hours published for business. I called other store and some snotty kid answered and said the north store is closed today due to staffing issues. I asked if they at the south store could deliver to us and this snotty ass kid said they couldn't deliver to us because our address is in the range of the north store. I asked couldn't you deliver to our address since the other store is closed? Nope and I could tell they were very happy to not have to deal with our order. I told this snotty rude individual that I see why their stores are having issues with rude people like you as staff and the snotty kid says "are you done yet? I have other orders to deal with."What a bummer. We really like Jimmy John's sandwiches. Another business destroyed by inept management and terrible employees.

Unbelievable. Go to this shop, at high noon on Saturday, to get 9 sandwiches and drinks to go. Really, you're closed? Beautiful 78 degree day, hundreds and hundreds of people out and about,and you're......CLOSED? Can I do less than one star?

With the increased prices for every fast food chain you would expect service to be much better. I play golf every Thursday and before playing I go to the drive through at the Carson City north location for Jimmy Johns...For the past 5 years weather permitting, I order the same sandwich and ask them to cut it in half adding Jimmy Johns hot peppers. I can count on one hand the amount of times the order was correct. I have called and let the asst manager know of this consistant issue. Have gotten no where. I don't know how difficult this disconnect between the sandwich maker and the person who takes the order, but if it weren't for the convenience I would never ever eat there.
