Unlike the location in Reno off of Mount Rose Highway, I got a freaky fast sub that was decent. Imagine that that Reno store really needs to change in management. To highlight this Carson City store, though they did an amazing job and it literally was freaky

Rudest staff ever! Not the first time! Too lazy to have drive thru open! I ordered one sandwich.. made two sandwiches then tells me I ordered two!! I think I'd know what I ordered! Then didn't even get an apology .. you get the deer in the headlights look.. then the ding dong making the sandwiches makes a nasty comment! Poor service! Go to the north Carson store! Will be calling manager again! This is the second time! One guy was doing most of the work! Poor guy! He was the one that fixed the problem not the idiot that made the mistake abd not the ding dong rude guy making the sandwiches!

Store is unreliable and does not follow the hours published for business. I called other store and some snotty kid answered and said the north store is closed today due to staffing issues. I asked if they at the south store could deliver to us and this snotty ass kid said they couldn't deliver to us because our address is in the range of the north store. I asked couldn't you deliver to our address since the other store is closed? Nope and I could tell they were very happy to not have to deal with our order. I told this snotty rude individual that I see why their stores are having issues with rude people like you as staff and the snotty kid says "are you done yet? I have other orders to deal with."What a bummer. We really like Jimmy John's sandwiches. Another business destroyed by inept management and terrible employees.
Love JJ’s but this place apparently opened a drive through which is the dumbest idea possible. Now “freaky fast” has now become painfully slow.

Lettuce was soggy and brown, also ordered the new caprese sandwich which came with bad salami literally grey but was told the pesto did that to the meat. Highly don’t recommend this place!!!

Wanted a quick bite to eat. Sandwich didn't disappoint. Thank you to the workers who let us sit in the dining area, even though they were short staffed.
