Let's be honest.... it's Little Ceasar's. It's not the best pizza in the world, but it's quick, hot, and easy. The staff are very nice and welcoming. You need it in a hurry, go here. And of course, their breadsticks are pretty decent.

Dear Little Caesars Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on August 31, 2024, at approximately 8:50 PM. I went through the drive-through and was surprised to find the window already open, but the employee inside was not attentive. Instead, he was preoccupied with listening to loud, offensive music.
After waiting for some time with no acknowledgment, I was forced to call the store. When the employee finally answered the phone, he seemed irritated and then approached the drive-through window, asking what I wanted. I requested a pepperoni pizza and attempted to pay with a $20 bill. However, the employee informed me that he was not accepting cash at that moment and that I would need to come inside the store if I wanted to pay by card.
When I inquired about the reason for this, he appeared even more bothered, likely because I had called the store. What happened next was even more concerning. After I walked into the store, I witnessed the same employee returning change to a customer who had been behind me in the drive-through line, indicating that they had paid in cash. When I confronted him about this inconsistency, he claimed that the customer had already paid inside the store and was merely receiving their change, which was clearly untrue.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and fairness displayed by your staff. I hope that this issue is addressed promptly to ensure that no other customer has to endure a similar experience.
