Went to drive through on March 1 at 635 am and the drive through lady was so rude while taking my order it was crazy. Listen lady I don't give a darn what's going on in your life leave your drama at the door when you come to work!

Came in yo see if McDonald's believes in "CUSYOMER SERVICE". It's amazing ANY of these locations exist. The soda station appears to be an area PURPOSELY avoided at all cost. Soda lid dispenser is CONTAMINATED by soda sprayed in and on the dispenser. How many people got sick from the MOLD that grows in areas such as this.

Drive through says open til midnight. I get here at 11:30 pm all the lights are on drive through is lit and workers inside. They asked if I had a door dash and I said no, then they proceed to tell me they are closed for the night as they lean against the counter! Why doesn’t anyone want to work anymore? Very poorly run.

It seems as though McDonald's is forcing us to use the kiosk or the mobile app. I stood at the cash register for 11 minutes while three employees stood together. Chatting it up, and looking at me in hopes that I would go away, or to the Kiosk 😊
Customer service has gone away, hopefully not forever.

By far the worst McDonald's. Just waited 20 minutes outside the restaurant for our order, and got the wrong food/ and missing food. The service is horrible and not worth waiting for 20 minutes. Half the time were told to park and more than half the time were missing parts of our order.

My experience is no one to take orders. We ordered our food at the kiosk. 15 minutes later it's at our table. No salt on the fries x 3. McDoubles were good but so small I thought I ordered a kids meal. Price $38 what the French bro! The worst was when we saw another customer getting their order. The person brought the order out dropped it on the floor swept it into the bag and handed it to the woman. That is a major food no no. Place should have their business license removed just because of that.

Guy dropped food on ground and gave it anyway, didn't even apologize, and he didn't even offer to replace it, and there's no condiments, Fry's are not properly salted, and there stale.

It’s McDonald’s..
They seem to have a motivated staff.
I’m sure people have bad reviews of this location. So does EVERY location.
Some customers suck..
Some employees suck..
People have bad days, grow up, get your food and be kind.

Food is always excellent, on time and given with a smile.

Parking: Up Front Parking: Mostly for Pick-Up orders

Plenty of Parking in rear/behind building.

It's McDonald's you know what to expect. Except at this location make sure you have your sauce before you leave because to them asking for a specific sauce means they'll just throw in whatever and hopefully it's what you asked for.

i got there 5 mins before they closed and they said they wouldn’t take my order. they stopped taking orders at “10:40”. that’s not how fast food works… it’s just laziness.

This McDonalds has been here since I was a kid. Obviously the inflated costs of fast food has gotten out of hand, but this location in Carson has always been a good Mcds to eat and decent staff.
