I paid online for the item in MacDonald, but when I arrived, I was told that the product is no longer available. Since the item I paid for was not provided, I am requesting a full refund.

I was at the drive thru waiting for my order. One worker was getting me my drinks and another just came out of no where and asked me did i pay for my food in a loud voice.. It was so rude and un professional.

It is supposed to be open til 1am but good luck if it’s past 11pm, they close at random times each day of the week. I’ve ordered DoorDash and had multiple occasions of them being unable to pick up my food because they closed an hour or two early and tonight came home from Reno to them closed 45 minutes early. Don’t waste your time going here and go Reno instead, ridiculous.

I was at the counter, already ordered at the kisok, and was trying to pay with cash. I had three employees look at me, make eye contact, and not come up to get my order/let me pay for it. The all acknowledged me because I heard them talking about how I was at the counter. I waited a solid 5 minutes. Nobody came to me, so I left.

Went to drive through on March 1 at 635 am and the drive through lady was so rude while taking my order it was crazy. Listen lady I don't give a darn what's going on in your life leave your drama at the door when you come to work!

Came in yo see if McDonald's believes in "CUSYOMER SERVICE". It's amazing ANY of these locations exist. The soda station appears to be an area PURPOSELY avoided at all cost. Soda lid dispenser is CONTAMINATED by soda sprayed in and on the dispenser. How many people got sick from the MOLD that grows in areas such as this.

Drive through says open til midnight. I get here at 11:30 pm all the lights are on drive through is lit and workers inside. They asked if I had a door dash and I said no, then they proceed to tell me they are closed for the night as they lean against the counter! Why doesn’t anyone want to work anymore? Very poorly run.

It seems as though McDonald's is forcing us to use the kiosk or the mobile app. I stood at the cash register for 11 minutes while three employees stood together. Chatting it up, and looking at me in hopes that I would go away, or to the Kiosk 😊
Customer service has gone away, hopefully not forever.
