i went to this location on sunday. ordered 2 sandwiches. when entering nobody acknowledged me or my son. there was 9 cars deep in drive thru which means a 30 minute wait. i wanted to pay cash however nobody came to the register. someone yells "go to kiosk" i stated i wanted to pay with cash" they ingored me. i paid via kiosk (which was nasty dirty). while waiting i noticed the inside was clean. the ladies ingored several other people and a order online person. another lady kept asking for help and they said same thing. "go to kiosk" this is not right as we wanted to pay CASH. got our number called and food was flung on the counter as she walked away. rude snickering. my son grabbed it and we left. only to find out it was not what i ordered. so my son got to eat and i did not. i will not go back as this is like the 10th time ive walked in being treated this way. i will drive 20 minutes across town to order at south carson, they are always friendly.

The employees are very rude. They had forgotten something and I told the girl, she rolled her eyes. seriously rolled her eyes then went back to go get it. They always mess something up when ordering, I've come here many times and Ive only been able to get my order right a few times.

Had to park after going thru the drive through to go in and change my drink because it was pretty much straight carbonated water with no syrup. Save your time and sanity and just drive to the south Carson location. This store is always littered with trash, soda fountains are always empty for lids and straws and everything is sticky! Sausage patties taste like they’ve been under a heat lamp for an hour and make sure to have dental appointment already set cause the muffins are rock hard and they can chip your teeth. Dont even bother with trying to talk to the staff because they truly could care less about the customers experience.

After 10 minutes of waiting for a curbside meal walk inside employees are rude highly recommend not going to this McDonald's. This is not the first time this has happened horrible experience.

I dedicated 10 years of my life here. I have unforgettable core memories that I value with customers I cherished. To walk in 6 months after I quit & see the lobby cut off the way it is... it's like Covid but it's not covid. Do not expect any interaction with anyone. If you have cash, that sucks. Kiosks don't take cash & if you're paying with cash in the lobby you will be ignored for at least 15 minutes. Holler all you want, the employees look at you, point at the kiosk, look away & never look back. So I guess I have to get back into my car & go through the drive thru to not be ignored? So thats what I did... Then the order is wrong... come into the lobby to fix the mistake & I'm still being ignored. The employees are trained to not look back into the lobby or at least that's how they make us feel. You shout at someone because you need assistance & they point at the kiosks again. No! You've messed up my order! But how can I fix that? If I'm being ignored. So I'm waiting for someone to help me and a lady walks into the lobby. She's elderly & she took a look at the kiosk & asks me "have you been helped yet?" I said "no." And she didn't say another word. She walked out & left. Now I know how much money the lobby made us & I can bet that the amount has declined since they forced people to use the kiosks. Elderly people come there for the interaction. Mcdonalds seems to have forgotten they feed & employ humans & not robots. Food tastes good if it is made correctly but that's so rare because employees are so rushed they make too many mistakes.Edit: In response to your reply, I appreciate the automated robotic response but I know for a fact you won't do anything to improve any particular customers experience, forget about me, someone who KNOWS how it should be and needs to be done. This has been a constant for years - Thanks for your attempt though. Is it because I am a previous employee that you won't take my comment seriously? If anything it should be taken more seriously because I know how the company expects things to be done. Read your response to me & your response to others - others can conclude what your concerns are by how you communicate to people regardless their previous employment. 10 years is a long time.

I was shocked after ordering a Double quarter pounder with cheese. What a DISSAPOINTMENT ! IT WAS NO MORE THEN 2 SINGLE CHEESEBURGERS. THAT WAS NOT 2 QUARTERS POUNDERS W/ CHEESE. ANOTHER FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THAT MAKES YOU LOOSE THO USA NDS.$$$$$$$$$$$$.

McDonald’s no longer service customers at the counter. You must use their app or kiosk. In my experience of using both I have not had nothing but problems with the orders coming out wrong.
