I'd hardly call myself a sushi connoisseur but Oishi Sushi might be the best I've had. Prompt service, reasonable pricing, sushi served on these really neat wooden serving trays (first was a bridge, second was a boat). Everything tasted fresh. Absolutely delicious. This is the only sushi place I've tried in Carson so I can't compare to the others nearby, but its as good as anything I've had in Reno.

Amazing spot! We came in with a party of 7 at 8:10 (they close at 9) and were welcomed right in. We did the all-you-can-eat and tried over 15 rolls — every single one was fresh, flavorful, and a solid 10/10.
The vibe was just as good as the food. The staff were smiling, singing, and so kind. Even after closing, they brought out our last roll and asked if we wanted more instead of rushing us out.
Between the incredible sushi and the amazing service, this place is a true gem. I’d fly from Vegas just to eat here again!

Very yummy sushi! Service was excellent! We went the first time June 7th for lunch. The food was fresh and good. I've had to change my rating because... The second time was for dinner July 11. The Chrystal shrimp was old and reheated and the peppered tuna was old and overcooked. We will try them one one more time for lunch but no more dinners.

Delicious sushi, great all you can eat deal. Loved the baked mussels. Compared to Austin or LA sushi, not as lifechanging, but still a top tier sushi place. Really really enjoyed it here!
Kind of slow service when I went, though. My wife waited almost 20 minutes for her roll while my all you can eat was out within 10. But go here!
