Been here many times for take out but my first time ordering delivery was absolutely horrible. Ordered $60 worth of food for the kids as i was stuck at home babysitting. I didn't know at the time but they sub out their deliveries to Doordash so if there ends up being any issue they can just give you the run around. I gave them the correct address and specific delivery instructions in the PE App. The address and instructions I gave were not given to the Doordash person who was an hour late and i ended up on the phone with them for half an hour to get them on the right track... I live 5 mins from the restaurant and it took an hour from when it was out for delivery. The reason for 1 star is because when i called Panda Express and told them it had been over an hour from when i was supposed to get delivery and i still hadn't received it they basically told me not our problem even though I ordered it through their app. I didn't choose Doordash and if i had known i wouldn't have purchased anything. The only reason i got my food at all is because the driver was really trying to sort it out. They sent me a Screen shot of the address she was given and i gave them a screen shot of my order with the correct address and they were not the same. The driver called Doordash and told them Panda messed up the order address and they told them to just leave my order at the wrong address and close out the order. HORRIBLE business practice by both Panda and Doordash. I went from eating there a few times a month to never doing business with either of them now. Buyer beware.

The workers were somewhat rude and the food was really bland. They got my order wrong while i was standing there telling them. The dining room was a mess, i had to ask them for straws and eating utensils. I usually like panda when i go there, but this place is an exception. Probably the worst panda express i ever went to.

Never again. My last order was late. Not sure whose fault, but the food was still cold. Tonight the food that was delivered was not only cold, but it was NOT what I ordered I don't even know what was delivered, but going through the ordering process, then waiting for delivery, only to receive a meal I don't recognize and can't eat is extremely frustrating. Too many other options to put up with this!

Food: I don’t know if I got lucky, but the food was amazing! I had orange chicken and sesame chicken and both paired with each other very well! Furthermore the food was caramelized very nicely! Also getting a Coke set everything up nicely.
Service: The workers were polite and worked very hard. We came near closing, but they still made fresh food. The worst thing to hear is “sorry we are out of _____ and there is nothing to be done.” These workers went above and beyond!
Atmosphere: Plenty of seating, clean and smelled neutral. The only issue is that it was a little cold.
Lines can be long at times, so use your phone app to order in advance saves on time. Other than that, everything else has always been great. We eat here frequently.
Parking: Parking can be challenging when they're busy.

The food is pretty good, some things are better than others. But the ones I like are worth going back for. It's easy, quiet and fast. I recommend this place. It's tough to find good Chinese takeout. These guys come really close. I will go back again, for sure.
Very impressed. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and were not expecting much of a selection. The staff was very friendly and cooked up what wasn't on deck. Food was at or better than the panda standard. Would highly recommend.
