Food is great!! And most the staff bar one are nice. The lady that let's the whole team down is so rude with such a bad attitude. A real example of someone who should not be in a customer facing role. Such a shame as everyone else is helpful and the food is great. Looking forward to the new site opening so we can go there instead and avoid her.

A great spot for some quick Chinese-inspired food in town. I usually go for the Orange Chicken when I take the time to stop by—it's solid. There are a few other menu items worth trying too. That said, I’m not thrilled that their dumplings (or pot-stickers) don’t come with any kind of dipping sauce. The base flavor is decent, but a good soy sauce blend with green onions, ginger, and garlic would seriously elevate them.

The food is good for fast food Chinese. The employees are usually friendly. However, at busy times tables aren't always clean. Additionally, I often have to ask for the teriyaki sauce as twice I just assumed they would know to do it automatically and then came home to find that I was having to eat plain chicken. I wound up contacting corporate both times and both times they gave me a coupon for a free appetizer, but yes, it should be automatic.

I order 2 orders of chicken teriyaki every time. We no longer order through door dash because they forget the teriyaki sauce every time even if it's specified in the special directions. When we go in, we have to ask for it every time. I've talked to the manager before and it's still the same. I like the food here, you just have to make sure they do their jobs.
