Worst customer service I have ever had. Mouthy Manager. She said the very wrong thing to me . They don't care about their customers! I highly suggest going somewhere else. It's sad because this is a pizza place that actually has gluten free pizza . Unfortunately they gave me the worse experience. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you . It was all about them and not me the customer . Was also lied to .

I ordered a pizza last night expecting to get the same pie that I used to get in Jeffersonville Indiana. That is the home of Papa Johns . I was disappointed. This franchise owner obviously doesn't adhere to original recipes . I gladly parted with 30$ to have the best pizza that I remember. It is very sad. I will be contacting the main office. I think franchise owners of any business should adhere to their promise to deliver the same product wherever their store is located.

Finally a Papa John's local! Not a bad pie probably the best out of the big chains. This location was quick and delivered my pizza 10 min early!!! Good job guys!

Has gotten ridiculous the past 6 months. Online order will tell you 30-45mins but the icon will never change from the "making" stage. The past 3 times we have ordered I would call to see what's going on after 30mins of it not changing and everytime they either just made it, hadn't gotten to it yet, or was baking but would be an additional hour or more for delivery.... why bake a pizza you cant deliver for an hour?! And why not update or call when people place online orders? Lots of wasted time waiting on our pizzas. Too bad because their pizza is good but the wait is insane.

My husband likes pep and anchovies on pizza. We ordered triple anchovies as you can see on the box. The owner says proper amount of anchovie was on pizza but charged us for triple. We will not be going back to papa johns. This was the 3rd time its happened. Very rude

Last night was my first time trying Papa John's. I recently took over as manager of an office near by and I order a lot of pizza for my staff for meetings, trainings etc. as well as for my family after work. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I walked in to place my order and said I would come back to pick up... they told me about 30 minutes. I returned about 35 minutes later and they "couldn't find my order". The lady at the counter was very nice and as I waited continued to tell me they were still looking for my order and was finally told they were "re-making" my pizza. I don't know how you re-make something that was never made? While I continued to wait for another 45 minutes, every person that came in to pick up an order had problems such as the order being wrong, one missing a pizza in his order, etc. One wrong order they had to remake and when they brought it out it was still wrong. Others had ordered an hour ago and were told their pizza was still being made or they were next in line to be made. The price was very high for a not very good pizza. It was just ok. I won't be back. I'm very disappointed because of the proximity to my office but I can't wait that long to feed my staff or my family.

I have eaten here a couple of times and both times i have been impressed by the quality of the food and the incredible service while i was picking up my pizza! You guys definitely rock when it comes to pizza and your not even that pricey!! Your actually, pretty dang cheap!!!!

I ordered online as I always do. Pizza's were "favorites" ordered multiple time before. Both pizza's were doughy. Neither Pizza was made right either. Onions were added to one of them and the 2nd one was missing 2 ingredients!

We have eaten Papa johns for a very long time, and typically enjoy. The 2 pizzas we had tonight, May 18 2018, were unequivocally the worst pizzas I have ever had. Very watery sauce, and it was cold even though it was fresh (weird I know). The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is that's the lowest rating available. The delivery driver was nice, so, there's that...

Called in an order, person who answered the phone was unable to use the computer. When I arrived I had to remind them the pizza wasn't paid for. Got home and the order was wrong. When I spoke to the manager, his excuse was "I wasn't told that". He offered to make another one I could pick up or get a free pizza next time. When I pointed out they delivered he agreed to deliver the correct pizza. That's worth one star.
