This was a very unpleasant visit .No welcoming of any kind ,we just got sat right after a man asked us how many of us were dining inand not a hello or pleasant greet.
Our pho soup taste was different and less rice noodles then beforesame as my to go ,it is not the same ,no flavor .I also order the crab and cream cheese wontons and literally not one had filing, they were all dry inside .. over fried and still got charge for it. Never got asked if we were doing OK or if we needed refills.

Just picked up $60 worth of food. The front desk guy was rude and unpleasant. Super annoyed at having to provide a service. I then took said food to work and upon opening the food I can see I was given rotting meat with my meal. I will not be coming back here again!

Clay pot dishes are amazing!
Too bad they do not make their Vietnamese BBQ sandwiches anymore.

The Pho noodle soup is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, they are not even using actual pho noodles, the broth has NO FLAVOR, this is very low end PHO NOODLES, the Hispanic kid working the cash register with all the bling bling chains around his neck, IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, he has one of those entitled "I don't care attitude and if you don't like the food here don't come back" I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN, those of you who know what good Pho Noodle soup is, I suggest you try a different restaurant, you will be highly disappointed with this place

Stopped in for a quick solo dinner while visiting town, on my way to an event. Had the combination pho w/ meatballs and Vietnamese Iced Coffee w/ condensed milk. Came out quick, service was decent, pho was good, Iced coffee was great, accoutrements were very fresh. Would stop in again when in town.

We went once last year with family. It was pretty good. Today, we mentioned being vegan several times. We ordered "vegan" pho and it was not as good as the last time. It seems that cabbage has replaced Thai basil. There was a bit of cilantro but not much in the way of spices. We ordered 4 vegan dishes to-go. I mentioned that I did not want the free egg-drop soup. He said that they did not serve that anymore. I thought, "Wow. They read my review". Now I am not sure since when we returned home, we found wontons in our soup. I called and asked what was in the wontons. It was pork. We will not return. Updated from previous review on 2021-03-28

We came to have dinner, we live close to a hour away so coming into town. Before we left, looked online to see hours to ensure that they were open. Hours of operation is 8pm closing, we arrived at 7:01 and the hostess stated "sorry we are not sitting anymore". No where is posted anywhere for dine in hours other than hours of operation, Yelp also states 9PM. I understand the ability to ensure that businesses are closing at a certain time; but, the difference between dine in by 1 minute vs a carry out order is not going to make a difference. The lack of customer service is what is extremely irritating. The food is delicious which is why we made the trip into town, but the customer service is absurd.

This place has gone down hill. The new owners have changed everything pertaining to the food. The Pho tasted and smelled like cloves not Pho soup. It was awful and the portions are smaller. Over they have absolutely changed recipes and quality of the food. It is a bummer as we loved the food and service of this restaurant. We will no longer be customers of the restaurant. The new owners should have never changed anything about a restaurant that was successful.

My wife and I decided to try Pho Country oriental resteraunt, my wife loves chineese we've tried 3 or 4 other resteraunts in Carson City, Nevada and I'm going to say that Pho Country now tops our list for oriental food in the area, just OUR opinion. The sweet and sour prawns ND the general chicken were amazing!! The staff here were wonderful and the prices are about what you would expect. We definitely recommend giving Pho Country a try..

Picked up take out from here. Glad I did because this place has zero atmosphere. Food was standard, nothing memorable.
