The pizza was really good, but really what made our experience was the service. My mom and I are tourists, and we asked the person working for some recommendations of what to do in the area and they took the time to write up a list of recommendations since it wasn't busy in the restaurant.

and I had called in a order right as they opened (this is back in November I think) because I was watching football on a Sunday with my teen who is also a all flats wings girl.
they guy said he couldn't promise.. but he came through. I don't order wings from anyone else in Carson City ...
these are the best wings and so fairly priced. A++++

this has happened on multiple occasions. when you order online for pickup they don’t have it done on time, i’ve been waiting for 40 minutes past the time it said it will be done and it still isn’t. the workers keep saying it’s in the oven and 10 more minutes. very poor service and time management.

Moved away but back for the holidays. $90 order showed up cold and missing parts of the order. Called multiple times to have it go to voicemail.
Sad to see something that was so good get so bad...
If I get a response that starts with "We're truly sorry" I'll laugh my way to the next review.

ZERO customer service, had an employee zip right past me without saying a word and I'm just standing there for an insane amount of time JUST WAITING TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED....not so much as a nod or eye contact til the TEENAGER working noticed I was standing there completely bewildered & decided to finally acknowledge me. Some measure of props to the kid...but the rest of you working this particular Monday night shift need to develop some basic courtesy & social skills...forget customer service, you need some basics before you even get THERE. I have a feeling I know what's making everyone so socially inept, but it just isn't acceptable in a CSR position of any kind.

Disappointing Experience with Long Wait Times
I recently dined at pizza factory at 3120 higway 50 east, we ordered Greek's Pizza and was quite disappointed. We waited over 50 minutes for our order, and it still wasn’t ready. When we arrived, there were only two employees—a cashier and someone making the pizzas. More staff showed up later, but despite that, our pizza wasn’t prioritized. They seemed more focused on phone orders than the customers dining in.
If you're planning to dine here, I highly recommend calling ahead and placing your order to avoid the long wait. Better yet, consider trying a different location if you want a smoother experience. Hopefully, they can improve their dine-in service and staffing issues in the future. see the receipt ordered time and the refund time.👎
