Nearly $40 for a large pizza (half pepperoni, half other) that was delivered cold and incorrect. No answers when I called immediately and no call back when I left a message. Our mistake. After almost 18 years of our service, never again.

Fantastic service, double checked my order, was clear and concise, wonderful atmosphere as well! Without a doubt one of the best pizzas I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I don't know what some of these other reviews are on about, these guys rock!

Went in and spent over $60 for three small items. Not sauced up, and very little cheese. Dirty inside the building, tables were sticky and the soda machine hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The tubes that were exposed were disgusting and moldy, so I threw my beverage out. The staff was not attentive to the dining room and were busy chatting and hiding behind the counter.

Great people and food. However on the salad bar I had to keep going thru plates as most had greasy fingerprints on them. I brought it up to someone behind the counter and she said she’s going to bring it to the crews attention and does nothing. ? Also the floor in this place is a mess. Won’t be back to this one. I’d rather drive to Fallon for Pizza Barn.

Very bad service this evening. Placed a telephone order, and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. When I arrived, I waited another 30 minutes, when they told me it would be another hour. A man waiting next to me said he had been waiting 1 and 1/2 hours, so he canceled and walked out, as did several other people. There were 6 teenagers trying to run the place. Truly an incompetent circus. I canceled my order and left. I went to another Pizza Factory about 10 miles away, and picked up my pizza in 20 minutes, hot a ready to go.

This place is terrible. We used to order from them all the time, but we stopped about a year ago because it took 3 to 4 hours for our pizza to show up. We ordered again today, and again no pizza for almost 3 hours, so we had to cancel the order. They were jerks about it when we talked several times. Lied and said our pizza was on the way, but the door dash guy texted a half hour later to say he was waiting. And hour later, still waiting. Will never order from these idiots again.

The pizza was really good, but really what made our experience was the service. My mom and I are tourists, and we asked the person working for some recommendations of what to do in the area and they took the time to write up a list of recommendations since it wasn't busy in the restaurant.

Pizza is good, but don’t order delivery. They told me it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. One hour past and I called just to find out it hasn’t left the restaurant yet.
These guys were so accommodating to our party of 16 who spontaneously decided to come in for birthday pizza! Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommend!

and I had called in a order right as they opened (this is back in November I think) because I was watching football on a Sunday with my teen who is also a all flats wings girl.
they guy said he couldn't promise.. but he came through. I don't order wings from anyone else in Carson City ...
these are the best wings and so fairly priced. A++++

this has happened on multiple occasions. when you order online for pickup they don’t have it done on time, i’ve been waiting for 40 minutes past the time it said it will be done and it still isn’t. the workers keep saying it’s in the oven and 10 more minutes. very poor service and time management.
