they guy said he couldn't promise.. but he came through. I don't order wings from anyone else in Carson City ...
these are the best wings and so fairly priced. A++++

this has happened on multiple occasions. when you order online for pickup they don’t have it done on time, i’ve been waiting for 40 minutes past the time it said it will be done and it still isn’t. the workers keep saying it’s in the oven and 10 more minutes. very poor service and time management.

I used to order delivery from this pizza factory all of the time.
Moved away but back for the holidays. $90 order showed up cold and missing parts of the order. Called multiple times to have it go to voicemail.
Sad to see something that was so good get so bad...
If I get a response that starts with "We're truly sorry" I'll laugh my way to the next review.

ZERO customer service, had an employee zip right past me without saying a word and I'm just standing there for an insane amount of time JUST WAITING TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED....not so much as a nod or eye contact til the TEENAGER working noticed I was standing there completely bewildered & decided to finally acknowledge me. Some measure of props to the kid...but the rest of you working this particular Monday night shift need to develop some basic courtesy & social skills...forget customer service, you need some basics before you even get THERE. I have a feeling I know what's making everyone so socially inept, but it just isn't acceptable in a CSR position of any kind.

Disappointing Experience with Long Wait Times
I recently dined at pizza factory at 3120 higway 50 east, we ordered Greek's Pizza and was quite disappointed. We waited over 50 minutes for our order, and it still wasn’t ready. When we arrived, there were only two employees—a cashier and someone making the pizzas. More staff showed up later, but despite that, our pizza wasn’t prioritized. They seemed more focused on phone orders than the customers dining in.
If you're planning to dine here, I highly recommend calling ahead and placing your order to avoid the long wait. Better yet, consider trying a different location if you want a smoother experience. Hopefully, they can improve their dine-in service and staffing issues in the future. see the receipt ordered time and the refund time.👎

Stopped in today, as opposed to going to Firehouse Subs next door. Big mistake. They have a lunch special with an all you can eat pizza bar and salad bar. The pizza was old, and tasteless. I've had some great and bad pizza in my life and this is worse than Totino's $1.25 pizza in the frozen isle.
They had a supreme pizza, a cheese pizza and a sausage and jalapeño pizza. Roughly $14 a person with a drink included. The tables were dirty and a loud TV playing sports with a woman interviewing someone all in the same area. What could you expect... The pizza was terribly old and dry.
The salad bar is presentable but tasteless. The blue cheese dressing has no flavor and no blue cheese that you can taste or see. The canned corn was sitting in cloudy water that makes it appear inedible.
A nice man greeted our table eventually and asked if he could clean the crumbs off, yes please! Then we asked if there was any other pizza available that was warm and fresh and he said no, we just had our rush and so that's what's left. We aren't making any more. We asked if he could make a half and half and he said he would see what he could do but never came back and we were simply ignored from then on. Lovely service.
Never going back, of course, as you might have already assumed. I strongly suggest you save your money and go to a real pizza restaurant and has good service and food and the only direction I can point you in, is California. Sorry but true. Pizza Guys in Rhonert Park is INCREDIBLE and also JJ's Pizza in Cambria - both have outstanding pizza that won't leave you disappointed.
We met some family at this pizza factory in Carson City for my daughter's birthday party, and we were welcomed like family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and the party was awesome. I appreciate the staff and the last minute accommodations made. We will be back again in the future!
