We ordered from this location and had an issue with the DoorDash delivery. The folks at Pizza Hut were very nice and made sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely Hut again!

I received a coupon on the internet for buy one, get one free. I ordered the free pizza, it said that the coupon was applied to my order. When I went to pick up my pizza the lady said the free pizza wasn’t on my order and she couldn’t offer it to me. I showed her the email. The pizza I bought wasn’t very good. They went very light on the toppings. Next time I want a pizza I definitely won’t go to Pizza Hut!

The person at the counter could have been friendlier! When I ask if she needed my debit card she kind of just looked at finished ringing me up without telling if she needed my card and then I had to ask for my receipt

Just for your awareness, this pizza Hut uses door dash for delivery (I was not not made aware of that before i paid or in my confirmation email). The door dasher picking up my order never delivered my order, I ended up having to go to pizza hut, and call door dash for a refund.

Tried ordering online because they have a save 30% off. After ordering and paying, ther software charged my account and then Pizza Hut software denied my purchase. While waiting for them to make the pizza, I went to my bank, they said it wasn't denied by them, it was Pizza Hut which denied the purchase.
WHAT A RIP OFF.
I then went into the Pizza Hut where I had to order again and she woukdn't give me the discount. The pizza was awful, dry crust.

This place is a gutted shell of what it used to be. We walk in and get one of their four menus and there are no prices on it. We ask why or if it's a misprint and the employee says that it's because their prices change so often. There's like 4 tables now and it looks like they're in the middle of a close out sale. They were out of tomato, their soft drink machine was out of order, and all of that was the same last time I came here more than 6 months ago.The kicker? Last time I had the good sense to leave. Two large pizzas for $65. I get being understaffed, I understand closing down amenities when the business isn't doing well, and I understand downsizing your lobby in order to ease cleanup for employees. However, it seems really shady and unprofessional to hand someone a menu with no prices on it and then charge $30+ for a large pizza. Thanks but no thanks.

To start with, I want to make everyone aware that this pizza hut opens at 10AM (as of 4/25/2024) rather than 9:30 as the Pizza Hut and Google Maps claim. Take this into consideration if you plan to order or dine in.I used to eat here when I was a kid when my mother worked here as a Hostess. Back then, Pizza Hut was a classy dine-in parlor like Round Table Pizza. When I noticed that Pizza Hut gave up on its exclusive order out business model to reincorporate dining areas in its restaurants, I was interested.I ate Pizza Hut back in the old days and even after they switched to order out only. Depending on the location, the quality was maintained, but some Pizza Huts fell into disgrace.Now the chain is dying as a result of focusing on order out. The quality of food would inevitably fail. That's because the staff didn't have to face most upset customers, because most would refuse to drive from their homes when they ordered online to start with.That having said, Pizza Hut is on the path to healing now that they're dine-in again. The pizza I had today, though it had one problem that I will explain, I'm rating the experience a full 5 stars because I like the direction the chain is going now and the food was good.As for the negative, I ordered easy on the cheese and extra sauce and got normal levels of cheese and almost no sauce in the center, but despite this, the pizza still had plenty of flavor, possibly due to how many toppings he put on my pie. The toppings are high quality too, with a few exceptions.First off, they do NOT use canned mushrooms. Like you would find at Round Table, they use honest to goodness fresh ones. The tomatoes had plenty of flavor, the ham, bacon and onion were quite good. The pepperoni felt like the cheapest ingredient, very thinly sliced and given how many toppings there is on the Ultimate Supreme (modified some), they couldn't crisp up. But that doesn't much matter, since we have pepperoni flavor, Italian sausage, olives, green peppers.All in all, the flavor was good and the pie satisfying.Everyone should give this classic pizza parlor a shot again. They are on the right track for healing.
