I can't even tell you how amazing these guys were. We went in there, not knowing what we wanted, never seeing the menu. The guy inside (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) helped us decide and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best pizza we could possibly have. Like I don't usually expect that level of care or attention from a local pizza joint! The service would have been good enough by itself but the pizza was also absolutely delicious. FAR beyond what typical fast-food pizza tastes like. Probably one of, if not the best pizza I've ever had in Carson city. I wish I could give them more stars honestly.

I tried this place because of the reviews. Myself and my family did not like it at all. The crust is so thin and floppy. Way too much on the cheese bread. We had to wait 2 hours for 1 pizza and everything was cold when we got it, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It hurt our stomachs after eating one piece. Not a fan at all. Worst 60$ I have ever spent. The delivery driver was super nice. That was the only positive about the experience.

The friendliest bunch of people you will ever meet!! Just a note to anyone reading this, if you order on Friday and the weekend they will be busy and you will have to wait. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT! Everyone and their mom loves this place. Believe me. I’m a mom. Best pizza spot in Carson hands down. Amazing service and delicious slices.

Do not order delivery! Placed an order to our hotel just 7 minutes away. They asked for our room number so they could deliver TO OUR ROOM. The person taking our order said it would be 45 minutes. An hour later, my husband called to check in and offered to pick it up himself, but was told the driver had (allegedly) just left. Another 30-40 minutes passed. My husband finally went down to the lobby to wait there, only to find our pizza sitting there—who knows for how long. No plates (which we specifically requested), no ranch (which we ordered), and not a single text or call to let us know the food was at the front desk. What if my husband hadn’t gone down? Would our pizza have fossilized before we found it?
To top it off, my husband was worried about not having cash for a tip and even asked on the 2nd call if he could Zelle the delivery guy.
I called to complain and was promptly hung up on. But I’m persistent (especially when I have hangry kids) so I called again. This time, the manager answered and shrugged it off with, “Oh, the driver you got sometimes forgets things.” So apparently, it’s all the driver’s fault that we have crying kids, cold pizza, no plates, no ranch, and zero communication.
If you’re looking for a hot meal and a smooth delivery, look elsewhere.

Best pizza I ever had, period. We were going to order from another place but my wife and I let’s try pizzava, so glad we did. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE. The sauce was amazing and omg we got a large pizza and we are not big eaters, but we had one slice leftover. That’s how good it was. Thanks for the fast delivery and the driver was great.
