Disappointed, order 3 meals to go, when I arrived at home found no protein on the 🌮 tacos only soft corn tortilla and lettuce. Shift lead did not seem happy about me returning the food for a refund, she didn't apologize, or even look at me, February 15th 2025. I went to Panda 🐼 for food instead

My experience was amazing the food was amazing but when there is three people screwing around in the back and you've got a line of people out front and the only employee working the front lines name is Haley who is an absolute amazing employee I feel this store needs to re-evaluate the way that things are ran because this situation has happened more than once and every time Haley is solo. I want to show appreciation to Haley for not being overwhelmed or stressed when she is the only person working the front line with such amazing customer service.

Came in to grab a quick bite with the family—first time at QDOBA (liked the name and love Mexican food). Glad we gave it a shot. Food was good (tasted fresh) and pretty quick. Natalie helped us with our order and was great. The only downside was that there was no option to leave a tip on the card (unless I just missed it?)—it’s 2025, safer to not carry cash around anymore. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Carson City.

Bad experienced next time employee should check all the hot line dishes regularly specially the black beans. I had it last night black beans burnt I thought it was charcoal from the meat but it came from the black beans.

1 star is being generous!
We ordered delivery. The food shows up and there's NO protein in the bowls. The rice and beans are so cold they are stiff and lumped together. There was no cutlery (even though I asked for it and it's even on the order slips attached to the items). I called after I placed my order and asked to have pickled jalapeños on the side since there was nowhere to add any special instructions. There was fresh jalapeños in my order, but not pickled ones. I ordered a queso on the side that cost almost $5 and it is the smallest cup. I just spent about $46 on this order and can't even enjoy it. Called to get a refund and the "manager on duty" claims not to know how to issue a refund. She also claimed to have "given us what they could, but they ran out of steak" when there is NO steak in the bowls. My phone number is attached to this order and I could've been contacted to be asked about it and instead it was just sent like it was correct. Again, I had called after I placed my order even and it was never mentioned. Now, not only do I not have the correct order, I have no more money to get something else in it's place. I hope they get it together, for their sake.
Zero stars, do not recommend.

Very slow every time I go in it’s nothing but waiting and they look all dirty working there and the floor and prep station always dirty . Not worth it I tried and tried and never again . They have no worry for being fast

The older lady with glasses and blonde hair that always wears blue is always sitting here degrading her workers and making them feel terrible in front of us customers while we are eating. She should handle these things in the back. Very unprofessional

Good food, and good portions. The restaurant is usually clean, and the staff friendly. Qdoba website reports most ingredients as being gluten free, so great options here. I would say the pickled onions and jalapenos are some of my favorite toppings, don't skip them!

I had the worst experience I've ever had in a Qudoba. My family and I will most likely not return to this location. They decided to have the most unpleasant woman work at the beginning of the line. Now, this is your first expression. She's an older woman with blonde, white hair, and a scowl look on her face. She acted irrated, and when asked a question about the queso (weather it had gluten), she barks at me all the while I'd have to look at the website. ALL THE WHILE ALMOST SPILLING THE QUESO ALL OVER MY SALAD.. I replied, "Shouldn't you know what you are serving or have a nutritional list present for you to see. Any who I decide to not have the queso;and thankfully, she listened, unlike she did for my two previous burritos she made for my other family members. Her idea of light rice and beans is a heaping mess, and when you say light queso, she will dump a full ladle no matter. All in all, I hope she cheers up and has a better day. It seemed like she wasn't in the best place, and maybe working at a fast pace isn't for her anymore. For me, I will not be trying my luck to have a good experience to pay for a 15 dollar salad.

I asked about ingredients and the answer was check by yourself, I am vegetarian so I want to make sure that nothing is mixed with the vegetables. Anyways I didn’t like the customer service and the taste of food.
