Horrible service. Ordered my food almost an hour ago and I’m still waiting. Ordered it to go online. Waiting here for 30 mins and they haven’t even started it. Then when I get it, half of the dang burrito is sour cream. Pretty sure they did it on purpose cause I told them I was late to get back to work because of them. Typically it’s great food but won’t be able to come here again.

It's hit or miss depending on the time of day. Some days food comes out fast and hot and other days it's mediocre and took 15-20 minutes. I try to always go inside as the drive thru is a nightmare and can take up to 30 minutes sometimes.

Ordered two cheese enchiladas with onions. You would think they would at least put it in the oven to melt the cheese, but it came cold and just cold shredded cheese. No Bueno!!

I love Robertos. It is my favorite lunch spot when I have money to treat myself. The only 2 things I would change is they don't offer their grilled chicken quesadilla on the online order and you have to choose shredded and write notes and the grilled costs more. I dont mind paying a little more, but it would be nice to have it as an option on the online ordering. The second thing is how long it sometimes takes at drive thru. I have gotten there before at 130pm on my 30 min lunch and then not received my food until 150pm. There was only one car ahead. I appreciate that everyrhing is cooked when ordered, but maybe consider telling people to park in front if it is going to take a while and other orders can be done while those ones are being made. I love your food. So good.
Roberto's is always solid fare, put some meat on your bones or put some calories in you after a day of riding.

Carne asada tacos are good. Chicken tacos have no flavor. Chicken was dry. Prices are decent but I probably wont go back. Many other places have delicious tacos. But everyone likes something different so at least try it.
