Shane is an unprofessional, immature employee. Long story short, he deliberately wrote the name “Chad” on our take out order. So far from the name on our receipt that it was not an accident. I did not realize what referring to someone as “Chad” could mean until I got home and my daughter told me. It’s the male equivalent of a “Karen”. This resulted in us sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for our order. The cook realized we’d been sitting too long and looked into why. She discovered that our receipt reflected the correct name on the receipt but “Chad” was written on the boxes. I can only assume it’s because we didn’t tip when we paid. We tip after we get the food and put cash in the jar. However, after this experience we did not leave a tip!! I am trying to reach the Manager to discuss but with no success so far. Shane, if you worked for me, you’d be fired!

I ordered a pizza online at 1130. To be ready at 12. I then waited till 1230 for them to tell me that they hadn't even started on it yet. And I couldn't get my money back. This restaurant has really gone down hill! The staff that used to be there was SO MUCH BETTER. Don't think I'm going to be back again. What a horrible attitude!

Wish I could put zero stars. After 8 years of purchasing pizzas from this location we will no longer be customers after today’s experience! Hubby had to return a take out pepperoni pizza due to literally NO CHEESE on the pizza! The entire surface was nothing but bubbled up bread! Only a few pepperoni and the little amount of sauce we could see was dried on the baked & bubbled up bread. Staff told him “we weight all ingredients” but refused to acknowledge that they didn’t actually put the cheese on the pizza we received. You could see NO CHEESE AT ALL! Then they told him to wait 20 minutes to see the manager because “he was too busy”!? Needless to say if that’s how they currently operate they won’t be in business for much longer.

ordered a pepperoni. hardly had any sauce or cheese. cheese was only on some of the pizza. asked to have another made. was told that everything is measured. asked to speak to manager. was told he was busy and it would be 20 minutes. asked for credit. manager would have to do that & still 20 minute wait. returned the product & left. not ordering there anymore. only one star cause can't do negative

If I remember correctly the one named Ben had an awful attitude, zero respect for others, super rude, made the entire experience just not great. The food is good but that employee was just so rude to everyone around him. Terrible vibe.

This is the last pizza on earth I would pay that much money for. No other pizza compares to Round Table... If they could bring down prices, I think they would be doing better. (I only got to come and take family while I was in town. They don't have Round Table in Tennessee!!)
I was able to order online, showed up on time, hot and delicious. Was so convenient and good. Will be ordering again.

Round Table pizza is always bomb. But the service here has gotten so bad! Almost as bad as Topsy Round Table but they're worse because there was nothing but transgender servants last time I went. Completely disgusting! Sorry but honest reviews for both R.T. restaurants in Carson. Hopefully they get better people in, that's all ya need to work on. But it is needed for this customer to return.
