Pizza is great but terrible customer service. Ordered online and went in to pick up. Stood at the counter for 6 minutes before anyone came to greet me. 2 of the 3 employees saw me and made eye contact with me before ignoring me and going back to what they were doing. A simple “we will be right with you” goes a long way but ignoring customers is not a great way to get repeat business. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.

My daughter took me to lunch on my birthday. The lady who took our order was super friendly and helpful when ordering. My daughter has gone to this Round Table several times and she said they are always super friendly and the pizza is always perfect. Thank you for a great lunch! We wipp be back , next time we're in town.

Went i the afternoon when no one was there, the cashier made the order right but the cook didn't read it right so whatever
They said I needed a thermos bag, they said my thermos bag was too small, they said I only had one, they wouldn't give me pizza, I now have three large thermos bags, but I don't want to take orders from them anymore, I rejected their orders twice last night at 21:30

This place has gone downhill. Service sucked, food everywhere on the floor. Go to the Topsy location instead. I wish I could take back the tip I preemptively placed on my take out order.

This restaurant is our new favorite pizza restaurant! The customer service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is comfortable.
I've had ongoing issues with this location over the last few years. The estimated wait time of the meal is always off and I typically wait to 45 minutes to over an hour for my order for pickup. I've had a history of my order never arriving at the store despite getting a receipt, them not having the order ready on time, and they are now outsourcing to doordash for their deliveries; which is frustrating I'm sure for those drivers because my meal took over an hour to arrive which blocks them from being able to pick up other work that is ready to go. The food is good, the service unfortunately, needs some improvement.
