My friend and I have stopped and ordered to go after her doctor's appt in Reno many times. We have had several items on the menu, and their food is top notch and plenty of it along with the packaging. Roy's is not chintzy. I would not consider their prices high but fair, and the service is great.

So I didn't eat there so I have some 3 stars because I didn't know the atmosphere/ service. I did door dash. It was on time. The food was delivered in these awesome heavy paper boxes all inside a really nice sealed heavy paper bag. The food; double patty burger, fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks and they were all spectacular!!! I can't remember when I've had a delivered meal that was so perfect. Food wasn’t good at all quality, quantity,taste, all of the Food was bla paid 13 a plate worth 2-4$ literally. atmosphere was beautiful, not that friendly of other servers. Our server was very friendly, but everybody else worked there was not.
