Just visited Scoups Ice Cream & Soup in Carson City and it was fantastic! I had a bowl of the Red Pepper Gouda Soup paired with a Gluten-Free Muffin—absolutely delicious and so flavorful. I also tried the Gluten-Free Carrot Cake muffin with Cream Cheese, and everything was not only beautifully presented but tasted incredible. The quality and attention to detail really stand out here. What a cute establishment. Their ice cream is great. The kids love it. It is super fun with the different flavors and nice to see some flavors rotate on and off the menu. Coming here reminds me of going to Thrifty and getting ice cream with my parents. If you live here or are just visiting, please give this place a try.
We had ice cream and soup. All of it was good but I’m not sure I get the connection. If I come back it will be for soup or ice cream, not both. I was just trying a little of everything but normally don’t like hot and cold items together. Overall the flavors were all good.
