Food is great but can be a little pricey. Whenever I go here there's just never anywhere to sit, and I end up having to go somewhere else. It's frustrating since it's a great place to eat but it's always either packed (that can't really be helped) or there's just not enough seating. Last time I came, there was an entire half of the restaurant that had no seats.
Food was okay, just not the freshest. All you can eat excludes a lot- so you are left with only a few options. Mussels were overcooked. The service was above average and the atmosphere inviting.
Great sushi. Teribble customer service. I've been eating here for years and the customer service is always been so so. But my last experience on New Year's day was terrible. I was going to place an order for takeout. So when I got there I told the hostess who takes the orders and she said I'm busy right now I'll get you in a few minutes. I sat and waited for 45 minutes no one ever came and said anything. Maybe say im sorry we're so busy, ill be with you...
