Wilson at driver thru was rude while taking my order. At the window he snatched my debit card, came back head cocked sideways, glaring flicked his wrists at me with my debit card. Flicked his wrists at me with my food, all while still glaring at me. Slammed the window all while continuing to glare at me. Never once did he say a polite word, or even please or thank you.
Tried to call their number 7 times no answer. Called their corporate number, waited over 40 minutes for a return text. Not even a call. Very disappointed.

Came in the drive thru. The only reason we came was for the kids to get their cherry limaids.... i went ahead and got a burger and asked for no tomato ...
Very broken English. There were no linemades for my kids and there were tomatoes on my burger. Then she didn't seem to care when I corrected her at the window. Horrible customer service order was wrong.Nobody gave a rat's a**.... This sonic is the only time I have these issues and it seems to be regular...
This is the third time I've gone to the drive thru and I'm always missing things from my order. Last time, an entire combo and today, specifically, a hamburger. I ordered 3 and it came with 3 drinks and 3 fries, but only 2 hamburgers. It makes me think that it's something they do on purpose because it's been too many times for it to be a coincidence.

Got a footlong coney had no onions like a coney should then my wife ordered a route 44 cherry limeade and it's practically watered down sprite I think the owners need to clean house and hire some employees that actually care about there jobs because I will never visit this sonic again I will drive to reno if I want sonic thx you lost a customer wise up and notice customer service is everything

No more iconic skaters delivering your food to your car. Drive thru only. Long wait and pricey. No more ice cream cones or freezes. There's a place to escape if you change your mind after waiting in line in drive thru forever. Lackluster. Boring. Expensive. Don't waste your time. This once iconic Drive-In is no longer.
