I love this Starbucks and I come here all the time, but this week two times now I’ve ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich and there hasn’t been cheese on it. Just a little confused on why

This seems to be a place where everyone knew you and they know what you want to drink. Very friendly atmosphere. The crew treated you like family

Every time I ask for caramel walls I get barely any caramel, can't break a $100 bill, drinks were wrong, food wasn't even cooked. Still don't understand why a simple request of caramel is too difficult. Cup is always sticky too. The hospital Starbucks never disappoints though.

3:00pm ask for basic black coffee, mid dark coffee. lol came out burn old coffee, the creamer didn’t do nothing. Yeah $5 for that old coffee. I’ll take myself to the gas station for $3.
Hell nah I’m not going suger coffee, I rather go monster drink than that mocha.

I recently visited this locations Starbucks and decided to treat myself to a Java Chip Frappuccino, only to have my experience turn into a nightmare. To my utter disappointment, I ended up feeling extremely sick and nauseous after drinking it. It was clear that the condiments and milk served were expired — absolutely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on quality.
I can’t believe that a well-known establishment like Starbucks would allow such hazardous products to be served to customers. This not only ruined my day but raises serious concerns about their food safety practices. Starbucks needs to do a better job of switching out their products more regularly to prevent customers like me from getting sick. It’s just common sense!
On top of that, the cashier was incredibly disrespectful and impatient, which made the entire experience even worse. It felt like I was bothering her by simply placing my order. The environment inside the store was loud and chaotic, making it impossible to enjoy my drink — or what was supposed to be a treat.
Overall, I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. I expected much more from Starbucks, and I honestly don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. They really need to step up their game to ensure the health and satisfaction of their customers.

Went here today (Tuesday) around 825 am. Ordered my typical drink only difference today was I paid cash instead of card. After giving the drive thru window person my cash she rushed my drink to my face and told me to have a good day keeping my change without even asking! I would’ve open wiling tipped you but to do that without asking is wild. Being in the tipping business myself I’d like to say do better!!!

Passed by this Starbucks location on Thursday September 19th, 2024 (09/19/2024), I was visiting from Sacramento. I used my e-gift card to purchase a cup of coffee. Honestly, service went really smooth and I noticed some people were inside when I came in.

They're very patient, courteous and extremely nice.
