The drive-thru attendant at 6:30 am during the weekdays (November 2025) needs to learn about customer service and shift the blasé attitude to a more positive and customer-centric demeanor. She needs to be in the back of the store, not in front of customers. She stopped providing sleeves for my coffee once she saw I was a repeat customer. What, you think customers don't notice? This is why loyal customers are leaving for the competition.

I was told to come early to the store if I wanted to score something from the newest holiday launch. I get there early and wait in line and the employees are making it a point to say out loud “ I hate seeing people in line” “ so uncomfortable to see people outside.” Hearing that as a customer also makes me uncomfortable. I only come to this location because it’s close to home. I doubt if I called and asked for an item to be put aside until I make it in would be an option so what else do I do other than get there early and wait in line? Maybe don’t work for a franchise with such huge item launches. Also super disappointed to wait in line and see an employee purchase 1 of 2 of the stores teddy bear cups. That same employee checked out 2 customers and left home. Why didn’t the employee wait in line like the rest of us? She came to clock in, buy the cup and then leaves laughing. She didn’t even help with the morning rush. When it comes to such limited stocked items I really don’t think that’s fair.

Best starbucks! The people who work there are sooo kind and polite. They need to teach other Starbucks branches on how to provide service like this one! They are Top notch! And eat in is a plus with drink served in glass!!!

These ladies and gentlemen are amazing people I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks because they always make my drink perfect. And today I went in got my normal drink and as I was walking out I dropped my drink and I walked in to ask for another cup to save what was left and the stopped to make me a new one as fast as they could. They are amazing here. Best Starbucks in carson city

Love ordering a 14 $ cup of coffee just to get pushback on a cup of ice.... get starbies almost daily and this is the only place that won't give me the big cup of ice and only one person... depending on the day I come I have no issue but the times I do are not worth and easier to just stop at a different location.... beside that I have had coffee ground in my drink just not woth the headach....gg starbucks... now time to play it somewhere eles... changed to 1 star because of the cookie cutter copy and past reply that literally leads you no where except there frequently asked questions... if they gave a crap then they would have a real response to people besides this stuff they past onto every review so they can say they tried... try a Lil harder guys...
