Placed a mobile order this morning, was told by my phone that it would be ready within 4-9 minutes and that my drive was 6 minutes, so I showed up almost exactly 6 minutes after placing my order. I went inside to the pick up counter at this location and could see my drinks ready. I stood there for 5 minutes and was COMPLETELY ignored.
