Friendly staff, not as fast as others though.

I noticed those who ordered after me received their drink. So I went up to the counter and there was a drink that matched my order under the mobile pick up sign. Why put coffee under the mobile pick up sign if it is not a mobile pick up? and why pick and chose who's order gets called out? It was not as busy as I seen the place. I felt my time was wasted.

This Starbucks has completely lost its welcoming atmosphere because of one employee — Allison. She’s almost always on window, and every time I’ve gone through, she’s either snapping at coworkers or having some kind of outburst. It’s uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing to witness. She complains about her job in front of customers and makes comments that come off as rude and racially insensitive. If Starbucks cares about its reputation, they need to take action — this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated from anyone representing the brand.

Looks like they have a storage issue. Tons of boxes in the lobby / seating area. Not a very welcoming environment.

Asked for an iced drink, received a hot drink instead.

I think Starbucks employees and management should be focusing more on better training than picketing and protesting about uniforms.

It's sad how terrible the food and beverage service industry has gotten over the past couple years.

Came for a pick up through the drive thru for a mobile order
There was a line but moved fast but I when I got to the window the lady named Amber was super rude and dismissive she didn’t say a word and seemed upset by the previous car and she shut the window so fast I couldn’t even ask for a napkin there was sauce all over the outside of my cup I just drove away cause I couldn’t get her attention or a word from her

This store has never done it right. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew. I get to the window & she repeats my order as a chai. I said, No it's a cold brew. She responded with yeah, that's what it is. (So why did you say Chai?) I paid and she hands me a Chai. After I specifically told her I didn't order a chai, I ordered a COFFEE. She didn't offer to make it right. She just looked at me and said oh sorry. Wasted my money & 15 minutes of my time. The Starbucks across town made it right since this location was too busy to be bothered to do so.
