This store has never done it right. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew. I get to the window & she repeats my order as a chai. I said, No it's a cold brew. She responded with yeah, that's what it is. (So why did you say Chai?) I paid and she hands me a Chai. After I specifically told her I didn't order a chai, I ordered a COFFEE. She didn't offer to make it right. She just looked at me and said oh sorry. Wasted my money & 15 minutes of my time. The Starbucks across town made it right since this location was too busy to be bothered to do so.

As a dasher, I had an order to pick up at this location. The young guy at the counter greeted me. I greeted him and told him who's order I was there for and asked him to confirm that the cake pops were in the bag. He said yes and hit the confirm button. I told him that I did a I reach for the order. This kid tells me, NO, you didn't and grabs the bag out of my hands. I stated a second time that I had confirmed the order. He tells me again that I didn't. I couldn't believe this punk was calling me a liar. I threw my phone on the counter and told him to confirm it then. He looks at the screen and says it is confirmed already and he shoves the order across the counter with ZERO APOLOGY for calling me a liar. I realize there are some really rude dashers out there however I've worked in the service industry the majority of my life and I am extremely patient with the staff as I have no idea how their day is going but to be called a liar by a rude batista at this establishment is down right disgusting.

The place has been a nap time refuge for me when visiting my elderly parents. Now that dad has died and we’re moving mom back east, it is like leaving a familiar place that I’ll never visit again.
Thanks to Sam who always me feel welcome; she made this feel like Cheers, “where everyone knows your name and is glad you came”

Barista at the window seemed annoyed because she got the size wrong when I said Vente she gave me a grande and she felt the need to say well I heard you say grande not Vente. Rude and I have no problem saying if if I was wrong . Extremely rude behavior

Stopped in to order a breakfast sandwich this morning around 9am. I was the only person in line and there were 5 people working behind the counter. After 5 minutes of not being even acknowledged, I left. I've never seen a bigger collection of fat, lazy, inattentive and unmotivated young people that are supposed to be "working" at a service type business. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic.

I can not say enough good things about this location. The people are amazing and easy to speak with. It’s always clean and maintained. My daughter likes to go and get stickers from them too. Allison is always on top of it! I really appreciate you if you see this! I get a caramel ribbon crunch extra caramel extra crunchies (like crackhead status amount of crunchies) basically every time I come in and they always smile and have some extra in a little cup for me ready. I don’t feel judged but I do laugh at myself from time to time because they probably think I’m addicted, which I am but Starbucks needs to start selling those crunchy toppings!

Staff very friendly and accommodating I messed up at the drive-thru with my drink and when they handed it to me it wasn't what I was expecting and they fixed it no questions asked even though it was my fault.
