Staff very friendly and accommodating I messed up at the drive-thru with my drink and when they handed it to me it wasn't what I was expecting and they fixed it no questions asked even though it was my fault.

I love the Starbucks here. Every single visit you are greeted by the happiest friendliest people. They always make me smile and not just because they give the elixir of life in a paper cup!
Twice they gave me my wrong drink and then they got upset because I wanted my money back. Male manager was very rude. Starbucks has definitely went down on customer service. This experience happened today, unbelievable manner of their customer service. I won't be back, no thank you

I go to this location at least 3 times a week. I never had a problem until last Wednesday. I only got one drink, my driver didn't want one. I looked at my bank account and it seems someone used $7 to get what they wanted without my permission. Please check your banks after you go to this location.i will never go back to this location again.
