I come to this Starbucks every week and always have great service. The ladies that work at this Starbucks are always polite and efficient. The food is always served hot and tastes great. I'm partial to the croissants. I find Carson to have great service in general over Reno.

This location is conviently located and has great staff who were helpful and friendly. The place felt clean and stylish in a modern feel. The seating was comfortable and the place felt very welcoming. Highly reccomended if you like coffee and Cafe type foods.

I have been a customer at the College Pkwy Starbucks for almost 5 years. The staff make it a point to make me feel like part of "the family" and everyone is exceedingly friendly. Several of the staff have been there for at least as long as I have been going there. I most assuredly recommend this coffee house!

I went through the drive thru, ordered a vente chai. Got to the bank and it was coffee. Since Starbucks was just within a mile, I went back through and told them the problem and they corrected the problem at no cost to me and I took the coffee home to my husband!
