I'm always getting dirty looks from the girls that work here, and for a caucasian worker to aggressively pass me my beverage is unacceptable behavior for someone supposed to be representing a company

Stopped to use restroom. Handicap access great however, not a single person greeted me or asked if I'd like to order. So I didn't.

I’m not sure if it was an off day for the Starbucks crew, but I was excited that I arrived early enough to order a grande blonde roast, since at most Starbucks it’s only brewed in the morning. I ordered the drink and mistakenly drove away without tasting it first, but it tasted like watered down coffee…not a typical strong, Starbucks brew (that I look forward to). Taste your coffee before you drive away from this location!
Came in to get my hot drink and it was made in iced form. I brought it to the staffs attention and they fixed it and apparently they young lady carried a grudge and as I came back the next day to get my daily drink she decided to intentionally make the drink wrong because she is a weak petty sad human and can’t be bothered to do her job correctly and instead decided to retaliate against me by messing up my order intentionally. so I no longer feel safe ordering my daily drink here ever again as I feel my drink will be tampered with and made incorrectly intentionally you should definitely fire the young strawberry blonde girl who can’t let go of the fact that she didn’t bother to read my drink instructions and wants to be petty and retaliate against me for wanting my drink made correctly. I callled corporate and told them exactly how I was treated and I pray you fire this lowlife petty person as a gold member that literally buys a drink every day I expect way better treatment than this and am deeply offended that this kid has decided to retaliate against me in this way 6$ a day add up and this kid thinks it’s funny to screw up my order intentionally please FIRE HER. She has no business in customer service!!!

This was a convenient stop for me while I was out for a drive. They had plenty of parking and the service was quick. I put my cup in my cup holder and sipped all the way back to the hotel.

If I couldI would do no stars I would! Everyone there are completely unorganized and looked at you blankly like I go there because it's closer to get a coffee. Went there three times and gave me a hot coffee instead I asked for ice all the time. The crew there needs to work on customer service because they looked at me weird. Like the crew needs some more skills on how to correct a coffee they made wrong. One barista looked like she wanted to fight me. I never in my life experienced that my entire life.i used to be a barista trainer and I think half the crew needs a factory job just because they suck at customer service. Robin is the only nice one there. You need people like her the rest can look for different jobs because they suck. if the issue doesn't resolve and I go there again and I get hot instead of ice I will be going to the headquarters and don't think I don't know them because when I had to work for Starbucks I had to go there for a bullying issue. Maybe the manager should be present. Or get a new one.
