Well, I’ve ordered three times now three different foot-long subs. I’ve ordered with double vegetables and I’ve gotten half the order of the normal vegetables and I used to work at a Subway so I know it’s supposed to come with it and they don’t use lettuce or spinach they serve you cabbagewhich me and my daughter are all allergic to so we couldn’t even eat it. I’m gonna have to start ordering from Reno I guess.

1st time going to this location. The food was made and tasted decent. The service on the other hand, had much to be desired! The two Indian guys that worked there didn't seems to speak much English, so this made ordering somewhat difficult. They were playing very loud Indian music which made it a bit harder to communicate with them. They guy who took the order was a bit rude, acted as if he was being bothered to do his work.

Unpleasant employee, clearly doesn’t want to be there or service people. My husband and I have been here twice, both times the employee seemed inconvenienced by our business. On the second visit we asked for avocado on our sandwiches and he cut two avocados leaving the stem from the avocados on both sandwiches, they were pretty obvious and intentionally ignored and covered up. Wouldn’t recommend.

The two boys working tonight provided the single worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. The boy named Ayraa was incredibly rude, he refused to allow me to pick my vegetables and kept pointing to the picture of the sandwich and he said “I only going to make this way” and I asked if I can have tomato’s and jalapeños multiple times, and he refuses to let me pick anything, they were blasting music that was way too loud, then Ayraa looked like he went to the bathroom and came back with same gloves on. I will never visit this place again, these boys are going to ruin this location. I walked out without a sandwich because I refuse to be treated this poorly. I will be contacting corporate now.

I’ve been there so many times I live close by but I will be going out of my way to drive to a different subway there rude never give the right online order I ask for extra veggies every time I order and they always put less then the normal amount The reason I quit going there originally was the owner told me when I came in to put a large order i need to put it in online Very unprofessional

Didn’t make any of the sandwiches right and they are very rude I would suggest going to the south carson one or the Dayton one they also very sloppy making the sandwiches and the girl who works there refused to make a big order she said to do it online so we did and they made all of them wrong
