Made me the wrong sandwich. The guy was nice enough, though. The woman at the register was curt and rushed me out of there. The music was WAY too loud for atmosphere. It was set on "kegger party". I won't be back.

Service is everything and the two ladies (possibly native or Hispanic) at the counter were disrespectful and rude. I greeted them and smiled politely and was given an attitude. Please be more respectful to customers and those around you. Kindness goes a long way.

This store trains all the new employees for all the subways in Carson. This means you will always have a mess and someone that has no clue what they are doing. I’ve been in Carson two years and you will never see the same person twice other than the manager! Maybe pay more and people will stick around!

The Numbers Above Are Realistic And The Price For One Of Their Sandwichs Is Pretty Bad For What You're Getting ! The Last Time I Went To A SUBWAY & Bought A Turkey-Bacon Cheddar 12" Sub They Only Put 1 {ONE} Layer Of Turkey & 2 Strips Of Bacon $12 - I Added Tripple Amount Of Turkey & 6 More Strips Of Bacon , Cost Came To $28.00 !!! For A 12 Inch Sandwich = RIDICULOUS !!! NEVER GOING BACK !!!

You can't give less than 1 star or I would. I put in two separate mobile Bogo orders as one order was for me and one for my friend. Both sandwiches when I got home were completely wrong. I called the restaurant and informed them. They asked me to bring the sandwiches back and they would fix them. The first order was a Subclub with double meat, toasted. She fixed my order, forgot to toast it and no double meat. The other order although wrong, she decided after sorting through it with her hands that she thought it was right. The sandwich was not ordered toasted and had toasted it. It had no cheese. This is nothing but pure laziness and the inability to properly read and execute an order. I would never recommend this Subway to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere or at another Subway that actually cares or pays attention.

Been coming here for years (since I was about 7), and even worked here myself. However, after around 2018 this subway has gone downhill even with new ownership. i ordered 2 footlong at 3:30 and it said they would be ready at 3:50 and even got marked as ready for pickup. i then go to pick them up at 4:10 and they are barely making the easy subs. besides employees and managements work ethic the store is like any other subway.

This subway is the worst. There is a older lady that works here that is the worst. I have had the health department here for many observations, like preparing food after cleaning the bathroom without washing hands, just the use of hands sanitizer... the manager thinks the customer is in the wrong when you change your mind about what veggies to be put on before they put them on, impatience... these at just a few instances over the years of coming to this one. Haven't been back in over 6 months, coperate doesn't care. My business is up on Topsy, go there, eat better service.
We stopped to get subs at the carson city subway on our way home. We didn't have the toasted or heated . We got home and opened our subs. I thank the sub buns were old. They were hard and crunchy. I wanted extra marinara on my chicken and they wanted to change me for a meatball sub. This subway is terrible and I wouldn't stop here for a sub, I know I never will again.

Absolutely awful experience. My husband and I will never be eating at a subway in Carson again. The staff was extremely rude the entire time all of our food was made wrong. We spent $50 for two sandwiches and a pizza. The sandwiches were so drenched in sauce mine fell through the paper when I got home all over my floor. The pizza was just flatbread with pepperoni on it, no cheese, no sauce, and it was completely cold. Called and spoke with the supervisor she was rude as well said she watched the cameras and saw nothing wrong when my husband literally handed the food back to be fixed. Then I asked for a refund and she refused and then hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve EVER seen, walked in to an empty shop and took the server a good 2.5 minutes to prepare for making the first sandwich, I understand being in the middle of something and having to stop but these two men were clearly HIGH on something with how slow they were going, and the second worker didn’t even wash their hands before jumping in to make the second sandwich. Will never be coming back to this location and will be calling the local Health Department.

We went there yesterday and the person behind the counter said they no longer serve pastrami or carry sourdough bread. It was also obvious that the bread was thinner than it used to be, about 2/3 as large.
