Food was fore filling. Soda machine half if it worked but bottled soda and water was available. They was out of wraps but we made it work with a sandwich. Employee was very nice.

Ordered an online sandwich and was given 15 minutes, I was a few minutes early and right away a female maybe in charge who was training another female scolds me when I explained I had an online order. She’s says those are 20 minutes btw!! Ok there’s no one in the business.
She was so into trying to explain to the new hire how not to put so much vegetables on the sandwich because it ended up in the paper wrap so my sandwich was very light. She literally looked like she was counting the pieces of olives, spinach leaves, tomatoes, etc. WOW!! I’m sorry but if Subway is going to be that stingy with their sandwiches perhaps we should reconsider a different place of business because they were NOT stingy on the CHARGES.

Ordered a sub with both types of avocado, didn't get either one added but was charged extra at $2 per add. I'd double check for any extra add-ons if you choose to visit this particular location. Store was clean though and the staff was polite.

Everyone makes mistakes which is to be human, the service provided in the end was a team effort to handle it professionally! Jack greeted us at the door and was very professional in handling business, give this guy big props for handling the subway motto flawlessly. Xavier did great in assisting Jack aswell, thanks to you both.The manager here, can't remember her name, but she is absolutely all about bringing everyone back with positive mannerism. This subway has been great for many years and will continue to get my business in the years to come. The subway on south carson st, avoid at all cost for countless reasons.
