Had a Crunchwrap supreme and a large fry here 12/12. The fries were cold and stale, and they tasted OLD. The Crunchwrap was also pretty bad, brown wilted lettuce and a sour + stale flavor. Got sick 5 hr later. Really disappointing :(

**This review isn't about a specific experience but rather the overall experience from the last several months. I try and give restaurants/ fast food places a chance to improve and grow (because I know most fast food places go through staff quickly) before I leave a review but I feel like it's at that point.** The food is good about half the time so I'll give them that but they need to get rid of the kiosks in the lobby to order. I get it, it comes in handy to reduce labor costs, but at the same time it means that customers are left feeling like they're dealing with a robot and then if you want to pay cash, that's a whole other nightmare. And not everybody wants to download the app or have to touch some grimy screen that everybody else is touching and just wants to pay cash and place their order without all the extra hassle. Honestly, about half of the employees are really good and friendly and know what they're doing and the other half ignore all the customers and are disrespectful and rude and then forget half the order. The inconsistency in customer service and whether or not they'll be paying attention and get things right drives me insane, but unfortunately I'm a night owl and this is one of the few places in town that is open late at night and fairly close by which is why I've continued to order. So no offense to the half of the staff that actually knows what they're doing and knows how to work and knows that they're there to work. But the other half of the staff needs to remember that they're at work to work, they're not there to chit chat with their friends and ignore the customers. I understand it's just fast food but at the end of the day you can still do better. Take pride in a job well done for heaven's sakes. And to those of you that do take pride in your job and work as hard as you can, thank you and you are appreciated đ.

Man I don't know what's wrong with this Taco Bell but they can't make a burrito to save their life. Every single time it's plain NASTY. Far too much nacho cheese and sauces and not even close to the proper amount of filling, half as much beans and meat in their burritos and twice as much nacho cheese and sauce making it just a disgusting sauce soup in a tortilla. I seriously don't know how they get it wrong every single time. My same exact order across town at the location directly next to Wendy's is far superior and how it should be. Seriously the only thing you guys can't manage to mess up at this hwy 50 location is the plain tacos. Even the spicy potato taco here every single time I get it the potatoes are rock hard. Would definitely not recommend.

I ordered a burrito & got a taco! I went inside to complain. The lady was NOT HELPFUL VERY RUDE, she said she did hear me order a burrito on the head set the young boy who was taking my order misunderstood me and place a order for a taco instead of a burrito what I wanted. The speaker outside sucks you can hardly hear. The lady said since I confirmed the order they will not refund me or replace the taco for a burrito. If she heard me say burrito, she shouldâve asked the young boy at the window to repeat my order. That way I can catch his mistake and ask for a burrito and not pay for a taco.! This Taco Bell needs smarter employees at night shift!

Don't bother going. When they finally acknowledge you instead of asking questions and engaging in customer service they make a bunch of incorrect assumptions and then refer you to the kiosk to order rather than taking your order.

Horrible experience.Don't go here if you want your money taken And they take your food back and don't even give you a new food item told me it was my fault I didn't know they're cheesy chicken flatbread was drenched in a Chipotle sauce wich was for a 8 yr old who hates spicy... i said wasn't aware that it came with a hot sauce she said then you need to ask. I said I don't want my money back I just want a new one with no sauce She said no not until I give her another three dollars i told her they will not be getting another three dollars she slammed the window... absolutely no customer service

Staff is pleasant but the food quality is poor. Portions are often small and lettuce isn't very fresh. They always mess up a cantina chicken burrito. Last time, they put only chicken and cheese in it. Another time, they forgot the pico de gallo. They're always sold out of empanadas and this location doesn't serve iced Cinnabon coffee. But, the people are nice.
