How can you work at Taco Bell and not know how to roll a burrito? Both of the burritos on my order were covered in beans and beef that should've been inside the burrito. My one burrito I wanted grilled and the cook just smashed my burrito as hard as they could and destroyed the burrito in doing so.

Im sorry but the people that work here must not have any reading or comprehension skills because how do you guys NEVER get an order right. You cant properly make a menu item how its supposed to be made, let alone a customized item and all you have to do is read the dang screen. Like maybe slow down and do your job correctly this is ridiculous. We spend $40 for small burritos with no filling, one dime size drop of sour cream even though you charge for everything; our cheesy gordita crunches are made with the wrong sauce like please fire these people or do better training.

The absolute slowest taco bell I've ever been to. On top of that they have rude staff. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a low quality soft taco and burrito. Not to mention I was told they were out of beans. This place is an absolute joke I'd give a zero star if I could.

Chicken smells nasty. I've tried to order chicken products multiple times from here, not learning my lesson. Because every time the chicken smells foul and I can't eat it. It needs to be stored at a colder temperature, or it needs to be thrown out and replaced more often from the warmer, as its clearly sitting there way too long and being served anyways. This place really dialed in their slushy flavors though, gotta give em that.

Place is always dirty and they are so slow and if you have a to go order forget it they push everyone else through but you last . Now the real issue saw the blonde haired guy take money out the safe with gloves on and touch the computer screen and never changed gloves or washed his hands and went back to touching food and wrapping it . So disgusting . That’s such a violation and sad to make your customers sick with food cause you don’t know how to handle food properly

Horrible waited 20 minutes for 1 tostada not to not only not get it but for staff to ignore when asked them where it was when the two people ordering behind you gets 2 combo meals each. Horrible service. Place was a mess.
