Okay, this is the second time it’s happened. Weve put the order in 15 MINUTES before we got there and they did not start our order till we got there and that’s not it. Every single item was mixed up between them, someone else’s sauce was on my taco and my sauce was in my mother’s. Plus a long piece of hair in my crunchwrap. This is completely unacceptable seeing as we’ve paid for FIVE people. That’s a lot of food and money gone. Yall seriously need to stop hiring teenagers that smoke on the job.

Okay this location does it right. My burrito is perfect every single time. Spicy potato taco potatoes are soft just how they should be. If you want Taco Bell in Carson this is where you need to go.

I don't know what is wrong with the other location on highway 50 but it is just plain nasty disgusting every single time. The highway 50 location probably put half as much beans and meat in their burritos and twice as much nacho cheese and sauce making it just a disgusting sauce soup in a tortilla.

In short stay away from the hwy 50 location like the plague but this location is great.

20 minutes in the drive thru for a single bean burrito and a drink. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly and fell apart as I opened the wrap. Poor quality control. At least my drink was accurate.

Sticky floor, dirty dining area, had to wait forever to ask for a fork only to be told by the rude staff they had no forks, just generally unpleasant. My feeling about Taco Bell is that they really don’t want walk in customers any more.

I placed a mobile order on 2-21-25. I ordered 1 dipping burrito. I waited 40+ min for my order to which they messed up. I went back in and waited another 20 minutes to get attitude from the supervisor asking me if I want my money back or if I want it remade, at this point I said, will it take my money back. She totally dismissed me and said., so you want your money back? I said yes, she then went on to start helping customers at the dive thru for like 10 min, I then lost my patients and yelled at here to stop and finish our transaction. I then asked for the Managers #, she said one min, and proceed to go back to helping customers in the drive thru for another 5 minutes. Then she comes back and gives me my money back, I ask her for her manager’s #, and she says sure and walks away, only to go back to the drive thru window and start helping customers again for another 5 mins, only to come back and tell me, she can’t give the the managers # and totally dismissed me. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I’ll never go here ever again.

I used to work here and it was not this bad I went today at 8 Just horrible my order was completely wrong fries from the steak garlic friesare harder than the pole my mom dances on my buddy ordered the number for and got two beef tacos instead of the crunchwrap supreme and a taco my girlfriend ordered a beefy five-layer burrito and got beans and onions smeared on a tortilla I spent $40 on WHAT like cmon bro why you gotta do me like that

Went to the drive thru, ordered a new item and was told I couldn't have different sauces to try out, could only get one of there because of stock being low. I agreed thinking I would only get one sauce. I ordered unsweetened tea with my order to. I get to window, gave my payment to the server, audrianna (name on reciept), who looked very annoyed with me. She handed my reciept to me which stated I paid for 2 of the same sauce, so I asked if it was possible to get one and one of the three sauces. She passive aggressively did so while they were still getting my unsweetened tea. I get my food and then get my drink. I wish her a merry Christmas by the name on reciept where she said that's my manager not me. My name is Christian. I simply said oh ok, my bad, happy holidays anyways. I left to eat my food on the road where I realized the tea I got was actually a sweet tea, I returned to the drive thru which was empty and request I get the unsweetened tea I ordered. She said ok and I was bet at the window from a guy who had a wild look in his eyes that handed me the drink and asked if I was happy?.... seriously the mood here is aggressive and not necessary... all I'm trying to do is just eat and go about my day. If the store owner cares about this store, please give course of action here somehow. I know it's hard to find good work, hence the now hiring sign out front, but it wouldn't be good if the employees get recorded assaulting people after knowing their behavior is aggressive weeks before. I like this location and have been going here since the 90s, let's not let these people drag it down.

I absolutely hate to complain BUT the last seven times MINIMUM! I’ve been to this taco bell and spend 15-20$ and only got one this I actually ordered and it had everything I asked for it NOT to have. Plus for like a whole month the Pepsi wasn’t working. It’s like I came back to try again and was gravely disappointed EVERYtime.!! I’ve wasted over 100$ and get all the way home before I eat so there I no proof unless I waste everyone’s time and go through my order before leaving. If I ever go to this taco bell again that what I will have to do. But to be honest I doubt I’ll waste my time and money again.

I ordered a crunch wrap no lettuce or tomato a bean burrito no onion and a chip and cheese extra cheese and a Pepsi. I even made them repeat my order to ensure they understood. But once I got home I had a crunch wrap with tomato and lettuce, two soft taco supreme, and a Pepsi that had the worst carbonation/soda mixture.

Complete waste of time, money, and food. Super disappointed.

The management at this establishment is poor. But sierra goes far and beyond. She very kind and has wonderful customer service.

Well, I'm done. The staff at this location couldn't care less if the customer got their full order, and they show no sympathy for the amount of time they waste making customers drive back to retrieve the item(s) they forgot to put in the bag. No apology, no compensation, nothing. And tonight was the last straw. I pulled away from the drive thru and instantly knew that many of my items were missing from my order, and the items I did have were cold. My cantina chicken taco looked like they threw it into the bag as hard as they could. The crew member told us that the order wouldn't be remade and she would only make the items that were missing from the order, not for any good reason, but because she had a chip on her shoulder and didn't want to give me the satisfaction of being right about their terrible service. I came away from this transaction feeling downright disrespected. So I'm done spending money here. I took my refund and went to Roberto's instead. Because I know at least the food will be hot when I get it, and I won't have to come back because they messed up the simplest order. Is taking pride in your work seriously too much to ask Taco Bell??
